He is very fluent, he is currently at 7 grade can reach to 7.5 or 8 grade easily

In task 2, he told that his father was mad at him because he often ruined his own balls when he was 6. Therefore, I could feel how hurt he felt through his voice :)

It’s very hard for someone young to talk about topics like children, toys, screens, general ideas about children. I had a subject about kids and screen time, at the writing test and I was thinking exactly this, that at my 20 I wouldn’t have known what to say about it.

It's obvious he's really good at english,he's just nervous to be there and that's normal in my opinon

His vocabulary and fluency are really good enough but he made many mistakes on grammar

I can see many of you guys are talking about, why his performance is considered 6.5. This is because of his answers I guess. Not because of his pronunciation or fluency. The reason for this is that when you watch a speaking test with a Band 8 or higher. Their answers are thorough, and they elaborate on their answers instead of answering in short sentences. In the very first question, he asked, where was he from? "I'm from there", he replied. That's not the appropriate way to answer that particular question. A second time, he was asked "can I see your ID please?", to which he replied, "Yes, please." That should be answered like that. Here's my ID/Passport that I used to register for the IELTS test. These are the best way to answer during the IELTS speaking test.

I don't get it when the IELTS examiners want to hear something like "Yes please, here is my ID that I have used for a registration" since the question wasn't about what was an ID used for

IELTS is meant to be how much you know about English Grammar, Sentences and many more. It doesn’t care about your smartness. The only thing matters in IELTS speaking test is how accurate and elaborately you can answer the questions. I hope you get it now.

He listens to english from childhood. His parents are also English teachers. As an Iranian I would say he grew up in Iran and his poor English is the proof!

He is deviating from the real question and topic thats why he is unable to get good band score His answers are not to the point in first part that's why he get 6.5 he probably can get almost 8 band score if u focus on the question and answer the question with accordance.
