I honestly admire that guy. Although his English is not particularly good, he still managed to convey his thought and he found ways to express himself with the skills he has. It was also quite impressive when he asked the examiner what “vulnerable” means! I myself did the Cambridge CAE exam last week and can assure you that, If I had been in a similar situation, I would not have dared to address any questions to the interlocutor! This person should be a role model for all of us!

It is not problem if you do not know some words. I also asked one words from examinex. But my rezult was 7.0) It is better asking words what yo do not know rather than off topic...

I Honestly like the examiner. He is really patient with a clear voice which helps to reduce stress. I wish I was in this center for my speaking test🙃

The candidate's responses are almost identical to another candidate from Greece who was awarded a band 9. Based on his performance and if I hadn't seen the other candidate's speaking test, I would've awarded this candidate a 7.5 score. It did sound somewhat rehearsed but grammatically sound. Coherent and cohesive satisfactorily developed arguments and ideas.

The answers were exactly the same as the asnwers of that Greek female candidate. How is it possible? Did they know the questions beforehand so they could rehearse?

i really admire him he is not hesitating to ask a doubt to the examiner. he is really one of a kind. And , although his speaking is not fluent he is trying to maintain his language stable

I actually thought he answered the questions beautifully, yes he is not a native English speaker but he still articulated his answers very well.

I watched more videos of examinee who reached very high score, but this guy I really impressed. when he responded any questions from examiner, I just *nod nod*, he is smart and he knows what things he wanna say and will say. Respect!

exactly bro , this is not good i have no hate for him but dude u are going to another country and he must be a student so you better get it by yourself or better not also this give an illusion to many people who watch this and thinking that he is quick and get ideas just by hearing the question which is not true aand may effect those people because its a normal thing to take some times and make some mistakes while receiving a random question or topic ...

It was uploaded 2 months before this. A blonde girl from greece. Band 9. Where is the authenticity? Exactly the same answers, and everything, this guy still got a 5.5 and the girl got 9. (Of course the uploader changed the title to a band 6) but still... A 3 band difference for the same thing. Well...

I don't mean to be rude, and he delivered almost perfectly.. but, I noticed that the questions and the answers ARE almost 100 percent the same with the video of Anastasia, who's from Greece as well? I don't understand... are they taking a note and memorize them and improvise a bit?

I appreciate you brother . He spoke very well and fluency, pace of speaking are not only things which we can determine the level of English of a person by. His way of speaking was professional and the way we expressed his thoughts was quite apparent and natural enough to get the score 7.

Whoever gave this person such a low score should be fired!!! As an ex IELTS teacher this makes me very angry. The young man had great comprehension and spoke quite well. Wow, so sad.

I watched the video of the greek girl yesterday and while I was watching this guy answer the same things regarding the magazine/newspaper question I could not believe it... He might have memorized what the other girl said... and indeed for that reason he did not answer properly.

i like the way he tried to explain his thought, as he is not a native speaker but he tried to overcome his speech hurdle. when i was working 24 hours in a factory i was very bad in articulating thoughts to words and i can tell this can happen to anyone. he atleast tried and some people just take it lightly. please appreciate that he can atleast find words to express himself. 🥰

According to me he deserve better around 7 or 7.5.

Memorizing in a way so that you can come up with your own idea or a version that doesn’t sound like a storytelling. Otherwise it would be harsh to speak spontaneously without having general idea. Need to get familiar rather than copying whole…😂

With a little more practice, this guy will do better. It is always a struggle if english is not your first language. But, we have to take into account also the personality of a person. Personally, i struggle cmmunicating with other people because i am introvert and is stressful especially when i talk to strangers. I do not easily open up.

All points are Clear, Easy to understand, no grammatical errors, good fluency and he gets only 6 bands. This man scares me. The candidate deserves 7+ bands.

He only answered 6 questions about two topics in part 1, which were learning a language and the media. Suppose that he answered a few more questions, he could probably achieve a higher band score.

He conveyed all what he wanted to convey . His main problem was question about meaning. Nevertheless the was really good like my vast problem is that i know a lot of words but i cant give correct reply it’s something related to the hesitation.

He had little nerve but his sentences are clear

I think he's great in answering all the questions. Maybe he's just suffering from a certain voice disorder like stammering? But I really love his answers simple but understandable I can see that the interviewer enjoys their conversation ❤️ I may give him a band of 8 😍✌️❤️

This is not band 5.5 for sure, He deserve 6.0. Although he lack of fluency, his sentence and idea quite accurate. He just talk slowly but he made all sentences clear. His accent is good though!! I understand all. Sometimes when people talk fast… dosen‘t mean all words and sentences correct. As I took test before ages ago I got 5.5 which I think as opposed to my experience, he did much better than me.

I listened to the whole thing.. This guy is 6-7 at least. He understood everything and replied clearly. Even better than what I did. Heck, I did worse and got a 7.5 lol

I have recognized that voice - the examiner. Wheh I was learning at an university, for classes we had some audition exercises from English. Through the years I saw the owner... WOW!!! IT'S UNBELIEVABLE!!!

If strive to rise fluency , grammar level fall , if struggle to burgeon grammar , fluency down neverthless speaking is very difficult than listening , reading , writing . 4000 words vocabulary are very crucial enjoy to speak the English and understand question is also vital which makes a floral atmosphere and make complex sentence .

geez look at the examiner's facial expressions in part 2. I would freak out if I were the candidate

I think asking the examiner is a good idea. It demonstrates that you want clarification. Always ask for clarification if you don't understand because otherwise you might mess up the entire speaking test based on this. Good luck! 🙂
