Yeah especially considering it released on a single console. A lot of new players could benefit from a remaster now...

If you have beaten this game, and you know the story. This. Gives. You. Chills. Period.

This takes me back! Everything about this game was phenomenal for its time; the graphics, music, and it still is one of my favorite games its genre (behind diddy kong racing)!

I *still* play it, nearly a decade later. You essentially just try and do everything more efficiently or more realistically.

I can just feel the emotions... i swallowed my tears... yes this trailer made me cry almost.. i havent even been that into Ace combat... played this games demo just yesterday.... i so badly want it... that end line tho bcs the drmo you fight for that city... but in the demo you are ordered to retreat... the last line in this trailer "we take back Gracemarie today" im gonna buy this game and 7

What happened to Gracemeria happened to Ukraine

This trailer was so hype back in the day. Coming off 3 highly acclaimed games on the PS2, the shoes were big. AC 6 definitely delivered on the expectations being the first of the next generation.

People right now are all a flutter over the "Drums of Liberation." Never gonna replace the Fires of Liberation in my heart!

A few words to describe video an game: Epic, chilling, fun, exciting, action-packed.

Its the only ace combat i didnt get to play and yet its my favorite, 4 and 5 on ps2, assault horizon and 7 on pc

Unfortunately due to fighter licensing issues its very unlikely. Its the same thing with racing games because of car licences

Assault Horizon was such a dissapointment it did not feel like Ace Combat more of Tom Clancy game

This is my favorite Ace Combat game, damn the story was just so good (minus all of that "go fly with the angels" nonsense that got repetitive)

Agreed. I've only played ace combat 3 (and didn't even get to finish it) on PS1, Assault Horizon on PC, and Ace Combat X and X2: Joint Assault on PSP. I would greatly appreciate a remake (preferrably HD) of all Ace Combat games on PC!

One strong aspect about Ace Combat Games: Story Ace Combat wouldn't be complete without its famous and compelling storytelling

if you preorder Ace combat 7 on xbox you'll get Ace combat 6 free before 10 days of launch and for the ps4 if you preorder it you will get Ace combat 5 I preorder it both on ps4 and xbox one because on ps4 my favorite is Ace combat 5 and for xbox I didn't play Ace combat 6 on 360

I believe they put it on 360 since the game was in development before PS3 came out, or something like that.

Wouldn't really say "from Electrosphere" considering I barely ever participated there, lol. And yeah, AC6 was most likely exclusive because Microsoft wanted the 360 to have some presence in Japan and bought off Namdai (see IM@S also being a 360 exclusive). ACI seems to be a case of XBL not allowing free-to-play games so easily, which ACI is hinted to be.

They should release it as a PSN title. The graphics and engine are still awesome.

I'm a huge "AC fanboy" and that's exactly why it didn't bother me. I simply waited to get a new console until AC6 came out. It's just in retrospect that it sucks that it was a 360 exclusive because that's most likely what led to the terrible reboot of the series with AH (blaming AC6 itself for low sales when the issue was the platform).

Sword Art Online season 1 has the same music as Ace6.... Edit: I heard the music in SAO and came to the trailer and it darn near spot on, SAO doesnt have the build up they just go straight to the main part of the track....

I really like it. Less planes and missions than all the other games, and the story is kinda meh, but it plays really well. Just expect to play it over and over to get your money's worth. Worth playing if you can get it cheap, but AC5 is probably better all around.
