thanks for the video, i've also seen @kimwright videos. very helpful. i just found out i will be doing c3-c7 and c8-t1 acdf with disc replacement surgery within the next couple of weeks. not my first spine surgeries, six years ago i had lumbar and cervical spine procedures to clean up some discs and bone spurs and relieve pressure on spinal cord. fast forward six years and my left arm and bicep began hurting this was followed by months of numbness from shoulder down to fingertips on left side. the right side is starting to go numb too. i get shocks running from my neck down my back and front of legs whenever i move from bending to sitting etc. i can't button my shirts and barely can tie my shoes due to the finger numbness. i am ready to get this done but am quite active in the gym and hope i can get back there sooner than six weeks. thanks again for sharing your stories.

I’m right there with you, having a 4 level fusion February 23, 2022 and to complicate things I broke my back 35 years ago and a paraplegic so this should be fun! Keep us posted on your progress
