    I’ve been running my Accutune Fox performance elite series coilovers on my 2019 Tacoma for a few months now. They are amazing!

    Exactly what I was looking for. Didn't know you guys were the ones who developed the N98 rear springs. Make sense cuz your website was the only one that sells them. 2" of lift with made to run with the stock weight.

    For daily driver looking for the smoothest possible ride, I may consider the Fox 2.5 RR front and Fox 2.0 RR rear. It will cheaper, still high quality and offer extremely comfortable ride both on and off-road. Something like this: accutuneoffroad.com/product/05-tacoma-mid-travel-suspension-kit-stage-2-fox/

    How do your uca’s move the tire forward without negatively effecting caster? I would like to push my tire forward but i dont want to create bump steer issues or handling problems on road. Im an ASE certified tech. I do alignments daily at work. It was just my understanding that you would need lower control arms to push the tire forward without creating too much negative caster. But if thats not the case, i would prob be looking at purchasing these.

    We've done a lot of testing and have sold quite a few sets with no bump steer or handling problems. Cam tabs are maxed out, then alignment done to our recommended specs.

    What’s with the rear end hop at 3:20 or is the suspension not tuned for that kind of driving & terrain? Would oem rims with 285s cause less fitment issues.....or is that not possible?

    Getting a little carried away in bigger whoops than it should be in. I cannot confirm if oem rims and 285s would cause issues.

    Did you prefer Deavers over RXTs (without the extra leafs) ?

  • @accutuneoffroad

    @accutuneoffroad

    Those 2 leaf packs are pretty different. If you have your final weights and dont plan to change anything, we would recommend Deaver. If you are at the beginning stages if your build and on a budget, RXT is a great option. RXT has 3 stages depending on weight, which allows for upgrades in the future.

    So all you did was trim a bit of the front bumper to fit 33s?

    There are a few things in place that allow 285/70/17 tires to clear. AccuTune UCA, 4.5" backspaced wheels and minor plastic trimming.

    What model deaver leaf packs are those? I don't carry weight on my 3rd gen tacoma, just a bed cover and bed mat, occasionally I'll have some load in the rear but that'd like 5% of the time.. And I want a smooth like stock leaf pack that'll be atleast 2-2.50" of rear lift. Tacoma 4door short bed

    @@accutuneoffroad Do you have a kit with Tundra Rear Fox Shocks for the 3rd Gen Tacoma? What kind of travel Advantage does that give you?

  • @accutuneoffroad

    @accutuneoffroad

    Жыл бұрын

    @@jck197 Yes we do. Our stage 3 & 4 kits with Fox 2.5 shocks come standard with our converted Tundra rear shocks (1.5-3" Lift). Those provide about 1" more travel than the standard Factory Race rear shock for a Tacoma (0-1.5" lift). The advantage is gaining more shock travel while keeping the OEM shock mounts.

  • @accutuneoffroad

    @accutuneoffroad

    2 жыл бұрын

    Work better in what way? Sway bars are there for a reason and help keep body roll to a minimum for higher speed driving, especially on the street. We don't see any reason to remove this for daily driving and occasional trail riding.

  • @ChepoCDT

    @ChepoCDT

    2 жыл бұрын

    Well, I didn’t see much of street driving in your video… and, yeah, sway bars are there for a reason… but the suspension you installed isn’t working as it should… I know you are the experts, I bought my Midtravel from you, but I can tell you that the trucks ride so much smoother, better flex, and don’t loose so much stability (as other vehicles)… you should try it (and not show it, lol)…
