The echo is from the audio input coming from the camera itself, then looping back again when its played out on your phone's speakers and picked up by the camera's microphone. You need to turn down the volume in the audio section of the Accsoon app for this not to happen. The android version(Accsoon M1, which I have) works great and uses the phone's battery for power, I don't know why the iPhone version doesn't do this.

I just got mine in black today!

I do the same thing for really cheap with a cheap hdmi to usb adapter. It can be tapped to the phone case and it is powered by the phone

I agree with your remarks about the convenience… they could have done it a little better. For me, just the fact of being able to pull battery from the camera would be amazing. That said, I just bought it… Question: where can I buy that red hdmi cable? It looks so great.

can't tell from the video, but does this have some type of cooling/fan built-in? My iPhone 15 pro screen bright significantly struggles after about 15 min normal use when using outdoors in the summer. you indicated it performs better than normal monitors, meaning this device has found work-around for sustained brightness on iphones?

I use an HDMI cable from the camera to an HDMI capture card and then an OTG cable to my phone or tablet. Although the USB camera app I use doesn't have all those features, it gives me a larger screen for £30 and those three items can fit in a pocket.

If I wanted to record my camera screen while capturing PHOTOS to record what I am doing along with my settings, is that possible? I wanted to make videos for photographers that showed my settings and all that. Is that possible?

I think they could make the back part with an included power bank so to say, maybe directly with wireless charging of the phone. 5000mAh should fit fine and it would be more than the small FP-L batteries. And yes please black and maybe in aluminium...

hi. have you tried "monitor+" app? works with just a cable (and your phone), no battery or mount needed. even wifi, on the newer sony's. at just around $25 or so

@@chr1stakii think so. im using it on a6400. on their webpage, they have a list with the compatibilities. im pretty sure a6600 is included in some form, but might not support wifi (im using cable only). the (full) app has falsecolor, waveform, zebras, anamorphic, vectorscope and some other thingies. plus you can put your monitor lut (has some deafult ones, but you can add your own)

We need videos in how to set up with iPad mini or iPad Pro/Air 11 inch….

I was going to get it but my thing is. Even if people post to social media, if you record with this with the Seemo again, you're only getting 1080p. Wouldn't it be more beneficial to just record with your phone that can record in higher quality then the seemo can output?

I agree, that's the biggest shortcoming. AND you have to carry around everything you need to use it.

wow.. that "larger battery" must weigh your camera down...( 1080 still not bad ) cool device, records, and send to SOCIAL

Isn't all new sony phones do this by themselves? :) I know its a compromise, because you couldn't have an iphone (I don't know if they have an android version of this) But for android users, that is an alternative with less clutter.

Accsoon also do the M1 model for us Android Users which comes in Black or Green :) .. still limited to 1080p and under hundred dollars

When Accsoon is connected, the screen of the camera does not come out . Are there any additional settings for seeing both? FYI I use a Sony A7C

That’s in the menu somewhere on the Sony about what to do when HDMi is plugged in.

what about the live functionaity

For $179, i can get a monitor that i don’t need to use my iPhone. My iPhone is very important for many other things i can’t give it up. This setup is bulky like you said. I rather use the Sony Imaging Edge App on my iPad pro.

It seems great, and I'll probably order one, but I disagree with it being more future proof than a monitor. This will most likely become quite obsolete when gen 2 comes out as it's quite niche, and the build quality is quite bad with not having a way to charge your iPad/phone while you're using it. Meanwhile a monitor can be had second hand and be sold with a very small cut. I sold my second hand monitor yesterday for 30$ more than I bought it for 6 months ago, and it will probably stay around the same price +/- 50$ for the next 5 years. With this I'm just worried about how an iPads battery would survive a 12+h weddingshoot etc

You don't need to use a huge NP-F970 battery. For quick shots, you can easily get away with the smallest NP-F550. This WOULD make it a lot more pocketable, in fact it's how I use mine.

Also, having a single HDMI cable would be a bit silly. If you switch cameras a lot (which is very common these days) what do you do if the HDMI size is different?

What is the battery life like for np-f550 vs np-f970

It will be perfect with Xperia

It would be a more useful tool if the output could be sent to a video switcher

This should come as a battery grip.

There are. It's a common battery that you can get in several sizes

It can't record 4K until Red's patent on that expires. This is not a con of the Seemo.

Hi Arthur, why not filming directly with the iPhone 14 pro, instead of just using the display of it? Isn’t the camera-quality of the new iPhone pro comparable to the alpha 6400? Even though the iPhone camera is good, it fakes a lot of the features you get naturally from a mirrorless camera. The 4k of a iphone is not the same quality as a 4k of a mirrorless. A mirrorless camera will also adapt to different lenses.

utterly useless. I had my phone died in a middle of a important livestream and had find out hard way and loosing a client now very angry with me. I wish you people who review these products say something about this important information instead of sucking up the companies who just lie abut a product that isn't ready to market.
