@@hollywoodj3396 So far very good, I have a great onboarding program, which helps a lot with preparing for my upcoming responsibilities
I used your videos to prepare for an interview that involved a sales pitch. I had to pitch a product to the VP. I applied for the SDR role but they offered me the Regional Manager position instead. Thank you.
The video is 1 yrs old and still the best source Ive seen on this role. Im currently working as an SDR in saas sales. Im considering whether to go AE or Account Manager next.
Very helpful advice. I've been in SaAS for 2 years as an SDR, and have an upcoming initial interview for an Account Manager position. Using your content to prepare! Thanks so much.
A company contacted me for an account manager position and this really helped, short and comprehensive. Thanks a lot!
This is an amazing video! I learned about Account Manager as a role in my current company and was hugely intrigued by what it entails. There is very little visibility or understanding for an outsider, especially when it comes to tech sales on what an account manager's role is. Thanks so much Patrick for making this video. I'll be sure to take up your sales course as well real soon. Excited to learn more from you!
Jump starting my career as an account manager. with a multimillion campaign! This was useful. Thank you so much!
Great Video! I was an "Account Manager" in Media Sales, however it was more of an Account Executive since I was responsible for New Business with a small amount of existing clients. We were also paid on commission. Also it was very important to CONTACT THEM rather than wait until they contact you. An issue can easily get out of hand while you are waiting for the phone to ring and then they are more likely to churn.😎
Well explained! The first explainer video that's not just like "I make a lot of to do lists and have a lot of conference calls"
I have an interview coming up and this was such an amazing explanation.
Thank you. Best Video I found as a Day in the Life as an Account Manager.👍🏼
Thanks for the video patrick.
This video is really helpful even during the time of practical work engagement
This information is super helpful! Thanks, Patrick!
thanks Patrick great share ..stay health and more happy
Thanks - very helpful and to the point.
well explained brother thank you so much !!
Im sick of only closing the deals and not sustaining the relationship with the customer, i always did b2c & b2b sales and some companies mainly focus on getting new clients instead of sustaining current ones. I hope i can get a position as account manager without the proper education & only with field experience in sales. Great video

Transitioning from working as an SEO/Website Manager to an Account Manager next week. This certainly helped to give more of an overview along with the different traits that I’ll need to focus on more. Thanks for the info Patrick.👏

Hi Patrick. Not sure if you created the flow from starting when meeting customer and to the end when closing, wonder the correct and professional sales flow as well as sales funnel. Appreciate that.
very nice summary thank you
Best video on this topic on KZread. Every other video was an annoying "Day in the life" type of thing where they waste the viewers time talking about their own accomplishments or spend time putting on makeup or taking selfies

Hello. I applied for a Coordinator with a company and the recruiter transitioned my application to a Senior Account Manager stating she felt I was a better fit for that role. Well, I passed the prescreen and have an interview with a panel Tuesday. I think I have research and information overload now after trying to figure out the best way to impress the panel and get the job. I know I can do it, but what is the key to showing I can build the client relationships and keep the client happy?
This video was super helpful! I’m making the transition into account management and needed to hear this!
Thanks for telling us about the typical day in the life of an account manager.
