Kinda looks like the bus lost air pressure to the back, and the brakes kept it still, and poor maintenance broke it apart.

The floor in the middle part had already collapsed by the time the KZreadr started recording this video. The driver kept driving as if there was nothing wrong. It looks like the passengers didn't feel the severity of the situtation. Evevntually the bus completely broke apart.

They noticed that there was a problem !!! Go and talk about it with the driver but dont frekin' stay on the part that will break ! Go on the part where the driver his.

Seriously? It's obvious. The articulated part fell off and, supported only by one axle, stopped rapidly because of the friction of the floor with the road surface, but nothing prevented the front part of the bus from moving forward, as it still remained on it's both axles. It naturally took some time for the driver to realize that something is wrong and stop the front part of the vehicle. Humans need some time to react to any situation, including this, that's why, for example, humans need to keep a safe distance from the previous vehicle when driving (autopilot would be able to drive safely much closer than a human driver).

These buses are called 'pusher' bendy buses. The ones with their engines at the front section are called 'puller' bendy buses, an example would be the Volvo B10MA. These buses aren't usually wheelchair accessible, since the engine takes up space underneath requiring stairs to get on board.
