The drill should be spinning clockwise, *not* counter-clockwise. On another note, the wobbling is extremely unsafe, I highly recommend fixing it if you’re able to.

Давно сделал себе такое, только с мехпилы, там материал-рапид а не сырое железо. Преимущесто самодельного сверла в том что делается по размеру который нужен. Сверлить обязательно шуруповертом с трещеткой, может закусить!

That's terrifying and a absolutely poor design. Not only are you stripping your drill chuck with the threads of the bolt uoure also breaking your wrist drilling a hole. Have fun explaining that to a doctor 😂. You should not be showing amateurs this kind of stuff especially because you are going to be liable since it's a instructional video. Start adding a liability info in your videos before somebody gets hurt or just stop completely. Oh by the way whole says and other drill bits are pretty cheap since they are expendable items. You pick... cost worthy reliable drill bit or a wrist breaker

Has nobody ever taught you how to measure things properly, and scribe or mark out with something more accurate than a bingo marker, that has got to be the most innacurate, rough, and downright dangerous home made "wood bit" I've ever seen, for one thing, I've never seen anybody weld so badly on such a regular basis, its that uneven and far out, each hole is oval by the time you've eventually worn your way through, thats why you wont hold the board straight on to the camera, every time you try to cut a hole with it, it jumps at least an inch from where you started, and you pretty much destroyed the chipboard back of that speaker rather than cut a hole in it, about time you packed in before you seriously hurt yourself or someone around you. Big time fail
