To answer the confusion about the stadium size, they intentionally made it "small" for 2 reasons, one reason is to have the fans as close to the pitch as possible and create a daunting atmosphere for the opponents, this worked for a couple of years but then the relationship between agnelli and the ultras broke down and the atmosphere took a nosedive especially this season (with exception for the biggest matches to a certain extent like psg and inter), the other reason is supply and demand, juventus knew that for a club of its size, it could set the price very high and there would still be enough people coming from all over italy and the world to fill up the stadium along with the season ticket holders

There is another close link with the Mighty Notts County that you might not know of. Back in 2011, when they opened up the Allianz Stadium and played their inaugural game on their brand new pitch, they could have invited any club in the World, but they invited us, little old Notts and we drew 1-1.

the regular vids are very good but these Italian ones are fantastic. nice to see you getting some recognition.

Juventus used to play at Stadio Delle Alpi, which had a capacity of nearly 70,000. They only averaged about 40 plus thousand at home. So, they built a new stadium on the same site with a lower capacity. I think it looks excellent myself, supporters are closer to the action now.

@@smivadee Looking at their old stadium it did look badly designed. I presume there was a lot of restricting views at the old stadium. I have never been to Juventus new stadium, but you obviously have, when you went around the pitch could supporters get a good view of the action?

It's not a cheesy song. Its actually written about the club, unlike other big clubs who just sing a cover at their stadium.

Italian clubs mostly dont own stadium outright and difficult to built new one due to local authorities red tape. They (authorities) are enjoying stadium rent money. If you watch again the exterior of the complex, there are future expansion capabilities.
