I was thinking about how this song could’ve been specifically written for my dad, and then he mentioned it was written specifically for his dad. Incredible. Sending this to mine rn.

Same! I’m so glad she shared this!
I've probably watched this 50 times now. So good. I really want to hear what you'd say for Greek, Dutch, Icelandic, and Norwegian. I don't know what can top "borf," though.

@Good Grief funny then funny forever. Only change I could guess, is that the bigger you get the more careful your jokes are. That weird arena where ur small and if u say the wrong thing you’ll get blacklisted but also not big/famous enough to say whatever joke you want. I’m sure he has even bigger jokes in a mental vault he won’t use for pr reasons. But also I have no idea lol. I enjoy what he’s rockin rn.
dude is good. snl messed up.

This is a guide for which accents white people can still jokingly do This is a guide for the folks that don't know - y'all should know This is a guide for your dad who's nice but a little problematic He does not know which accents he can jokingly do You can do French Ménage à trois the language of love No one would bat an eye at that That one's for fun! You can do Irish That's me daughter Dolores O'Flanneherty She's 14 years old She just needs a good husband That one's fun! You can do German But I would not recommend doing German Cause when you do German some people will assume you're a Nazi That's not even a joke - that's just what will happen This is a guide for which accents white people can still jokingly do You could honestly just do none and no one would miss them This is a guide for that dude at your work who keeps try and do Jamaican Jamaican is an accent that white people just shouldn't do Australian is chill That's not a knife - this is a knife You could do a Crocodile Dundee thing You can do shrimp on the barbie too that's an easy one You can do Swedish Flergie Bjerg Or Russian BORSCHT I don't have anything for that one Scottish is A-OK to do That's haggis, Donkey You can do Southern But I would not recommend doing Southern Cause when you do Southern some people will assume you're a Nazi I sang this song in Dallas recently and they Did Not Like That People will ask me 'Luke, hey what about Spanish? There are white people that live in Spain' But as a rule of thumb, if you need to make an argument about it you should probably never do it again No matter how good at it you think you are Or how fun doing a Chinese accent is, dad Please stop doing a Chinese accent, dad This song is specifically written for my dad If you need to push the envelope then do Italian Cause Italian people are still considered to be White But when you do the accent 'capitale mozzarella' It feels racist - it's kinda just crossing the line Enjoy Italian because it's definitely gonna be the next one To go
“That’s good hahah that’s good”

@@JosChaMab right?! What TF is wrong with people?? 🤷🏼♀️ I can tell you one thing wrong, NOBODY SEEMS TO UNDERSTAND THE ACTUAL MEANING OF RACISM/RACIST ANYMORE!!! Some things in life are funny…like Asian accents. The L sound replacing the R sound gets me every time, it’s endearing….Perhaps appreciating the fact that so many people enjoy it should make Asians smile vs getting so worked up they breathe sighs of relief when it’s completely ignored 🙄🤦🏼♀️

@@hurricanekitty6736 you can just write “I don’t know what micro aggressions are and how they contribute to a racist society that makes minorities feel othered and excluded” instead you know - it’ll save you some time!

Whilst you most certainly can do an Australian accent please for the love of all things good refrain from the phrase ‘shrimp on the barbie’, begs every Australian ever! The ad in which that line features was selling Australian tourism and specifically seafood to the US and evidentially the marketing team believed the US wouldn’t be down for Australian language and how we eat them typically. 1. We call them prawns (not shrimp) 2. We don’t typically BBQ prawns they are usually served cold specifically over the summer months which includes Christmas Day. So by all means try the accent but no more ‘shrimp of the barbie’ we can’t take it!

LOL
He's funny and he can sing. My dad likes to do the Chinese accent too, so this is perfect, I'll show this vid to him so he stops tho lol.
What if i'm white, but from the middle-east? What accents can i do then? This song raises more questions then answers to be honest.
*BORF*
Your Irish accent is a touch problematic 😉
Hmm... Too bad you weren't around decades ago to give Robin Williams advice! Just sayin'.
Fun execution. silly song. Perhaps look up racism.
Or you can just do what accent you like
This just lets me know I should still do all of the accents until they're more widely accepted. It seems racistyou should try to limit me based on my race.
I'll never stop my Chinese accent. Why you no have pork bun in yo hand!? Man who never eat pork bun is never full man.
he means accents woke americans can do and not feel racist 😆
that smile..that damn smile..
Yep, comedic genius! Thanks @jaimefrenchofficial for the recommendation, definitely hilarious 😅 the southern one was effing perfect. Crying laughing....
