I literally went into tears after this game; because I was so happy for "WATSON" of all people ha! ha! ha! Because she has been playing her best Basketball the last month of the season. After being a weak link for the team. I believe that Watson was their "INSPIRATION" for today's WIN! I have been saying this all year! Even though Hidalgo is a really good player! She was selfish at the beginning of the season, trying to get her stats! And if she started playing "TEAM" ball that Notre Dame would be so much better! If you could not see that the other players were "NOT" giving their all, because Hidalgo was taking all of the shots, and playing for herself, then you don't know basketball. When they had that "TEAM TALK" everything changed and they started to WIN! So, what do you think that the team told Hidalgo? 1. Pass the ball! 2. Give the ball to Sonia and Maddy! I said early this year; if they go through Sonia, then Maddy, then Hidalgo, the team would play much better and a lot harder! And that's what they have done, now look at them, ACC CHAMPIONS! Way to come together Notre Dame, and just in enough time! In the last Eight games, Notre Dame has "BEAT" every team that they have lost to that they had the opportunity to play again. CONGRATULATIONS FIGHTING IRISH WOMEN!

You’re weird. Why are you trying to bring down Hannah instead of just elevating the team’s win. They weren’t winning because the team wasn’t playing well, simple as that. They had no chemistry what’s so ever. You act like you know what happened when they had that “team talk”. Hannah is the second leading player in the acc when it comes to assist, it wasn’t a matter of her trying to stat build, it was a matter of her teammates not showing up when they needed to. Regardless, they showed up today, and the team chemistry is showing when it matters most.

@donaldwilson8163 you obviously don’t know basketball. Hidalgo has not done anything different. She has been playing the same way she did from the beginning. The difference is her teammates started making shots. Sonia was coming back from injury and it took her some time to get into rhythm. Maddie was getting in foul trouble a lot and couldn’t be on the floor a lot when they needed her. Kylee really step up the last month and gave them much needed help. As far as the meeting you are way off buddy the 0:11 meeting had nothing to do with what you said, hidalgo is averaging 6 assist a game along with being the second leading rebounder on the team and leading the team in steals. The games that she put up a lot of points where games that they needed her to do that like the UCONN game. Get your facts straight sir

Congratulations to the Fighting IRISH women’s basketball team. ACC champions. Here is my beef the bracketolgy has the Irish as a 3rd seed. This league will have 8-9 teams in the tourney most of any league yet they will not be a 1 seed. All you bracket seeders you are an embarrassment to the sport. Go eat ice cream and brownies and let those that understand strength of conference seed teams.

I am not sure who the analyst was but I was going to puke if I heard one more time, they need to get the ball to River Baldwin. Whoever she was she should never announce another game. River Baldwin, hands of stone, no foot work which leads to her reaching over players instead of getting position, inconsistent shooter, cannot pass out of a double team, is not a shot blocker. NC state stop trying to get the ball to Baldwin or you will have a early vacation. Analyst stop calling none players unsung heros. Baldwin take charges because she does not move her lazy as feet. Wes Moore she is your big who plays small, Hayes, Collins and James are ballers and hot and dont sleep on Rivers. With Baldwin you should make early vacation plans.
