Truly appreciate his focus on sustainability, security and waste management. Land cost to value ratio is still a bit pricey since you'll still have to build a home. Are there monthly fees for access to any of the utilities, or is that factored in? Are there any covenants to the title for youth who may want to invest in airbnb type business? Is that even allowed? I hope these are reasonable questions. Overall it seems like an excellent, high-quality option for those who want a turnkey solution for their families.
