Ingredients -
½ Cup (50 grams) Methi Dal/Methi Kuriya
½ Cup (100 grams) Salt
1 Cup (100 grams) Red Chilli Powder
¼ Cup (25 grams) Mustard Dal/Rai Dal/Rai Na Kuriya
1 tbsp (10 grams) Strong Hing/Asafoetida
5 grams Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Fennel Seeds/Saunf
50ml Groundnut Oil/Mustard Oil

    वैसे तो हींग कोई भी चल जाती हैं लेकिन आपको लंबे समय तक अचार स्टोर करना है सुगंध भी अच्छी चाहिए तो खड़ी हींग खरीद के टुकड़े करके आपकी जरूरत जितनी पीस कर अचार मसाले मे डालिए.

    I used to make with salt, methi kuriya red chilli powder n hing prosses is same. Sometimes I add aachar masala that's also very testy. I like all recipes very much. Looking for Jain continental recipes.
