Not many clubs (if any) have fans that can produce an atmosphere the way Celtic fans do.. Don’t just surprise the oppositions supporters, but surprise many of the football greats of past and present too, many have been quoted saying the Celtic have the best atmosphere in the world.. Was at this game still got the ticket forgot how deafening the atmosphere was that night had Goosebumps almost as much seeing it again after 15 years..

"Grew Up ??" I am ONLY 66......plenty of time to "grow up" mon ami. Funnily enough, I have just written on a "Specials-Ghost Town" Thread that although I am 66 I feel 46 but did not mention that the 4 Women I met, all within 6 months of each other, circa 1997/98, that I was still seeing, as a single guy, PRE-COVID, are all either 41 or 42 so that kept me very young and stimulated. You are right though "haha" has replaced "lol " lol, I mean haha.... Footnote: COVID has ruined my little capers though as having 4 Open Relationships, simultaneously, means I can not take the chance of seeing any of those lovely Ladies how I used to one day we shall resume....:)

I was in Milan on business 20+ yrs ago, I had a free weekend and took myself off to the San Siro, got in a queue for a ticket but wasn’t allowed to purchase one for whatever reason. I then paid close to $100 for a ticket from a tout, good seat admittedly, it was centre of the pitch and in the lower tier close enough to the dug outs. It was an AC Milan v Bologna game, cold wet miserable winter afternoon (from memory) and the game was tedious, I think it finished 0-0 although if either team had scored I don’t think the fans would have noticed, it didn’t feel like a football stadium atmosphere around me, very quiet and reserved, at half time it was like a fashion show, I’d never seen so many people with sunglasses considering it was raining. Maybe that was a consequence of having a seat close to the dug outs, zero atmosphere and not a great game.
