Awesome stuff. I’ve always wanted to do this to my Hawkeye so this video/series is awesome great resource. Personally I’ve been more interested in the launcesport kit which seems to be more of a tarmac spec wheel arc for some better fitment styling. I believe that kit also comes with an added rear door extension rather than a whole new fibreglass one. Really cool to see guys!

You would not be disappointed in the luansport, have their kit for a coupe. Great quality

Oh wow, This is something I’d love to do that on my Hawkeye someday. I have to fix a bunch of rust on it though😔 it’s very demotivating. To be honest your channel is the only reason why I’m still trying to fix it I’ve been super close to giving up so many times but you have done it and I know it’s possible. So thanks you guys are the best reason why I’m still going❤ Ps. I’m thinking about documenting and making videos of me fixing the body and motor on my sti, do you think i should do it?

Glad the vids are giving you hope! I would say it is definitely a great idea to video and post your progress. It will be sweet to watch in the future, inspiring for others and later maybe if you begin another project then looking back it will be cool to see how your work evolved 🙏

I would have been sick if they subaru made a wide body coupe version of the gd sti like this.

Oh helllll ya! People have diy made them, typically molding rear door away and a widebody over top. But to be more true, id section front door then move b pillar back about 6 inches 😅

@TheSubieSanctuary I've wondered how well it would work to cut a few inches out of the shell and weld it back together, welding the shortened rear doors shut and add braces to help with rigidity. But I feel like the biggest problem would be to make sure it's put back together very straight to keep good alignment.
