PSA: if someone is messaging you saying you won a prize or something, it's not me and it's a SCAM! Call them out and tell them "Mike Sabo says he will VIDEO CHAT with me if I'm winning something or buying something from him!!" If they won't video chat, IT AINT ME!

They can’t order parts they don’t wanna order parts. You are literally THE only resource for this vintage machine. FYI the roof material is a specialty item developed for marine applications, such as cabinets and deck mods on sail boats, and it comes in a variety of colors. It is crazy tough and some of the different types are structural grade. Sorry I have lost the contact point for the site but If I come across it I will tag this video. It can be contoured with heat as well FYI. Great Vid, this is my kind of restorative practice. If you are even going to touch it you do it right from the ground up. Nice Job. So i just caught this vid by suprise. I really like the maverick model. Im 62 and would consider this a search and rescue vehicle for me. Ive had about 40 motorcycles from a suzuki 250 trials to the original cbr900rr. The maverick is really nice and what a great bunch of work you did to it. Nice. 👍👍✌

I know you got the clutches off with the grease truck (a good trick) but another helpful tip to get those off is to put a good amount of tension on the clutch puller and give it a firm tap with a mini sledge. About 90 percent of the time they pop right off. The weird idle is from running it without the primary clutch on there, that is normal. The primary clutches do make some chatter noise even if they aren't sacked out like that one. Once the covers are all on you won't here it too much with the new clutches. Plus snorkels amplify the chatter noise alot. Love the videos by the way 👍👍

I had to go thru this on a military Gator. I didn't even try to rebuild the unit. I bought a brand new one and the clutch system works fine.

Don’t use grease to get the cvt off. Put pressure on the bolt an tap the clutch with a soft hammer. Works every time

in that situation the grease was not much aid a little anti seize on the thread and the tip would be good, the grease trick works when you use a close fit pin and hit it with a hammer

I'm mechanical engineer and I'm almost on a daily basis extracting shit that other mechanics break Sometimes you break off a tap or you break off a drill bit inside something and one One way to get it out it will take you some time but it will work for sure now what you need is Diamond drill bits on a dremel tool A long chronicle one that goes to a needle point and you could actually stick it in there and cut the drill bit or the The tap half with some time
