I hope so, and it seems like it based on the title/thumbnail/ quote in the picture; “you are” is absorbed by the subconscious way better; because we may have resistance to “I am” and also, with “I am” affirmations, we kinda have to be alert enough/ conscious enough to repeat it to ourselves, whereas “you are” is someone just telling us who we are; which were more likely to just believe. Someone saying “I am” can sound like they’re talking about themselves !

They can, but i would not give those thoughts too much attention, unless you feel you should and then after i would release them. They are just being decamouflaged, so they come to the surface to not-to-be-chosen(to believe in)again and replaced by the new thoughts. Just let them pass and affirm your new belief
