I have a question, sometimes when I’m affirming I get a negative image in my head while I’m affirming for my sp. and of course I affirm through it and flip that image but is it okay that I have that image in the back of my head even though I’m affirming my affirmations, like would it affect anything?

Those negative thoughts aren’t from you nor from your higher self because she is healthy and wants the best for you. So don’t give those negative thoughts a meaning .they aren’t yours so they will pass , give yourself the permission to neglect them.
