Abu Dhabi Airport’s Terminal A has opened to the flying masses. Improbably, it has already featured in a film - Mission: Impossible - Dead Reckoning Part One - and for months, Terminal A’s undulating roof has had a starring role on the emirate's horizon, visible from its highways, up to 1,500 metres away. Then, last month, airport operator Abu Dhabi Airports announced all would be ready for its world premiere on November 1.
