That is just regular willow charcoal. 💙💛🧡

This beautiful piece made me think of the weather that we’re having outside right now where I live. Beautiful and dark. I love the lighter colors that makes me think of hope on the horizon for better days! So lovely. 💕

Head over heels for this one. I have never used grays or browns or even the muted colors of those. I wish I knew what some of these colors were

Paula, the only way to get to know colors, is to play with them. Be curious and try to mix colors that you love by guessing what combination you would need to create them. Most of the time, your gut feeling is correct. 🧡💙💜

You bet! I use a 28 x 28 cm, Wire-O-Sketchbook from Kunst & Papier. It's 130 gsm, but works fine as long as I gesso my pages beforehand.

I just discover you your beautiful art and your amazing art making videos. What materials do you use? Charcoal? What kind of paint and what kind of pastels? Thank you so much for sharing!

Thank you. Just to a google search for fine line applicator and you should fine them.

Cathy!! Love this one. The line work! How do you keep the fine liner from clogging and keep it flowing easily.

Thanks Vickki! The top has a wire that cleans the needle tip each time you close the bottle. It only clogs once and a while when I use it, but thats usually because I've used it on wet paint or because I've pressed the tip down to hard.

Do you dilute the paint in the fine liner?

Yes... I dilute it until I like the consistency.
