PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE do an episode specifically on how to use that cool Athena drill, how to drill a pocket whatever you called it, etc. Help those of us who don’t know anything get started. Maybe you could invite a friend who knows NOTHING about power tools help you know what many of us don’t know. That would be so awesome! Like, tell us about the settings on the Athena. When do we use what settings. How to drill a pocket thing, how to do the mitered edge where the blade is tilted on an angle. If you could show us what all of the settings are for and what we could do with each setting, I’ll bet your Athena sales would go through the roof. When using a table saw, what are some of the things we need to be careful of.

I’ve been watching your videos for at least a couple of years and while I found many of your tips/projects interesting, I never really connected to you until earlier tonight (I’ve been cooking a very large meal and have probably gone through about 5 of your videos during prep) ~ specifically when you spoke about being a realtor. All of a sudden, I had a whole new understanding and respect of your creativity and bravery toward tackling EVERYTHING that crossed your path in terms of projects. She was also a master seamstress, and I really wish I’d taken the time to have her teach me to sew as I was growing up. But she too had a hard time getting rid of things because they may be useful later, which is a trait that I’ve definitely inherited and I’ve finally accepted it because as artists/creative people, EVERYTHING is potentially useful!! My grandmother recently passed and she was like a much-older version of you, nothing held her back, even when she reached her 70’s. She, however, had a green thumb (which definitely wasn’t passed on to me), so I always laugh when you talk about the forget to water/over water, oh no, now it’s dead black thumb (as I call it) syndrome. Most KZread accounts I speed up at least by 1.25x, yours I actually had to slow down because you share such great info that I realized I wasn’t really paying attention to the details. You have such a brilliant mind, I’m so happy that you turned to sharing your talents with us here on social media!

Wow! What kind comments! They mean the world to me. And grandmas are the best! I too had a spitfire of a grandmother who had an impact on my life. She was a wonderful Gardner something I didn’t inherit. I’m so glad we’re now better friends. I hope everyone appreciated all the effort you put into dinner yesterday! That sounds like a labor of love!

Lol,the dryer did not eat the sock. The culprit was your washer. Everything looks so nice. I used the tuna can for drink holders at the beach, to keep the sand off the bottom of your drinks. Or you can uses them in the yard.I grind down the inside of the can edges too make them smooth. I also painted the cans. Them take a wood or metal tall stake, and screw or glue to the stake.

Another video I’m sure many would like to see is sharing what a typical week looks like for you. How do you manage your different roles? How do you balance your work on planning, filming your projects, editing, spouse time, being a mom time, church callings, cleaning, meal prep, etc. It might not stick with your chosen theme, but I know it would be inspiring for the rest of us. THANK YOU for all of your WONDERFUL videos!

Hi Natalee! I’m new to your channel, I’m so happy I found your DIY ideas! I love making my own decor and practical projects! I can tell you as a horticulturist, you can grow ferns so easily!! Grab some from the discount racks at Lowe’s! They always have hanging basket ferns, and they really set off your outdoor area with beautiful LIVE greenery! There are many apps you can get on your phone, that if your plants are looking grim you can take a pic using the app and it will tell you what is wrong and how to fix it. The beauty of that is almost always an easy fix!! Example: add powders coffee creamer to give the plant calcium, or add coffee grounds to feed them nutrients!! You have a gorgeous patio and pool!!🥰❤️💯

I absolutely love all the ideas you have. I have done faux plants outside for years. I don't think it's tacky I believe it is smart. Saves time of not having to water so much so I have both real and faux and it just makes it easier especially in the Spring before everything else starts to bloom. I wish I would have seen this video before I threw out my deck furniture cushions. I had no idea you could use a power washer on them. (BRILLIANT) Thanks for sharing your ideas. I enjoyed it very much.🌹

You gave me so many ideas! Not as talented as you but I still want to try. What pressure washer did you use? Was it just connected to your hose because I’ve been looking for a good one! Thank you! I’m subscribing!

Tarek el Moussa 's mom told him to use the coke method on the driveway oil stain and it worked. He was shocked at how well it worked. Here are the directions: "So what you do is you put some water on the stain, then you sprinkle your baking soda, and then you get a can of soda pop and you put your soda pop on top of that, and then it's going to fizz up," she tells him. "Then get a wire brush (Tarek used a pressure washer like you did) and use it on the stain. That should work. And if it doesn't work the first time, try it two or three times. Better to try that than having to redo the whole driveway."

As I watched you sort through your wood scraps I kept thinking that you could use pails to stand up the shorter pieces.

If you have difficulty remembering to water plants, set a recurring alarm on your phone! Helps me remember to water my houseplants every Sunday afternoon.

7:11 💪🏽👍🏼 tip: If you add 4 triangular (or square) pieces in the inside upper Corners of your Stand, that will solve the wobbling and make your End table Frame much sturdier! btw. Those small cornerbrackets i mentioned, won't be visible under the Concrete Top, unless you decide to Switch the Concrete with a clear Glass Top.☺️

Okay so being honest there are a couple things I didn’t care for, like the double earn thing on the bistro table, I love them individually but for me I would have put that across the way on some type of a side table so it was an accent but not right on top of each other. I do see what you were going for, for me I would have just put a round or other basic shape planter on that table and I think that would look stunning! As ALWAYS your diy game is strong 💪 maybe it’s too much going on in one area!

My Daddy use to take coke and pour it on our windshield when we were traveling and the oils and grime from the road and big trucks would get sprayed on them. He always said that usually gas stations would just fill their stations with just water and it would just smear the grime. He swore by it!
