Can you let me know advanced construction builders with low cost. Using a container home Architecture is for saving cost. But 🙄 to my surprise people are charging 2500 SFT for container and 1700 for concrete. Why Indian engineers are so mean? If material is cheap why not end product is cheap?

Above counter basinlooks ugly. Undermount looks neat and clean look plus it's more beautiful than abo e the counter basin

Top basin is not at all good. By practical experience I say, first it is not deep enough. Your own dirt will spill on your face. All modern and modern but hygiene is lost.
