A little review of Molly Suber Thorpe's "Modern Calligraphy" (www.amazon.com/gp/product/125... - affiliate link). I love this book because it was the first to really celebrate modern pointed pen calligraphy and encourage everyone to get creative and experiment!
Molly has written several books since -- also worth checking out is "Mastering Modern Calligraphy" (for intermediate calligraphers) and "The Calligrapher's Business Handbook" (for calligraphers who want to make money with their skills). You can find written reviews for those books here:
