Hey why does MMTC silver never bend if it's 999.9 ? Isn't 999.9 the purest form of silver?
Current news MMTC (Government undertaking), government planning to denotify it for EXIM Transactions. Seems cautious if executed.
This factory MMTC is inside my village IMT Rozka meo but we did not get any benefit from this company, so we could not get water facility nor light facility from this factory

MMTC Investment Rational Tata Steel Long product bought NINL ( Nilanchal Ispat ) at Enterprise Value of Rs 12100 Cr less Rs 1624 Cr (NINL bank loan) less Rs 262 Cr (Outstanding bond) less Rs 385 Cr (OMC - Outstanding loan from Promoter) less Rs 67 Cr ( NMDC - Outstanding loan from Promoter) less Rs 550 Cr ( Other Current liabilities) less Rs 850 Cr (Contingent Liabilities) Less Rs 4068 Cr ( MMTC - Outstanding loan from Promoter) Less Rs 494 Cr ( Other liabilities may arise post disinvestment annoncement) -------------------------------------------------------------- Total amt payable to NINL share holder = 3800 cr Of which 49.78% to MMTC So net MMTC will get Rs 3221 Cr for the loan tendered to NINL, Rs 847 Cr of interest accrue in last 4 yrs and Rs 1894 Cr for shareholder fund i.e Net total of Rs 5962 Cr. However Market cap of MMTC is Rs 5887. Analysing further balance sheet of MMTC Current assets Rs 402 Cr Receivable from NINL Rs 5961 Cr MV of land & building Rs 1300 Cr Total comes to Rs 7663 Cr Sum total of all the assets as one date on balance sheet is 4435 which is at discount of 42.12%. Apart this value of business has not been considered at all which gonna enhance once MMTC repay Bank Loan and commerce minister set the business model of MMTC. Further MMTC-PAMP is doing great business in e-commerce segment.
