Aborted "Vespertine Decay" raw multi-tracks [UNBOXING]

Eyal Levi takes you on a guided tour of the raw multi-tracks for "Vespertine Decay" by Aborted, from their 2018 album "TerrorVision." This is a real treat for death metal fans!
A few things to note about this session:
- The session sounds fantastic right out of the box with nothing more than some basic leveling
- Rhythm guitars provided as amped tones, DIs and an HM-2 track you can blend in for added texture and aggression
- The bass is played with fingers, which gives it a different character than most, but also requires you to treat it a bit differently
- All the drum samples are included with this session, taken from the same drummer and kit as the rest of the song

Have spent 12+ hours easily just looking at the stems and working with the session. It's a goldmine. The drums were immaculately recorded and Ken is a very good drummer. The tones are amazing. Kohle literally puts the adage of "get the best sounds you can on the recording before you mix" to use here and it's proof why engineering and recording it the right way makes mixing so much easier. I dare say it's be "fun" to work on this session. ABORTED are one of my favorite bands so this has been an amazing month of URM Enhanced for me!

Ken is one of the best drummers in modern Death Metal. This is really cool to see his tracks stripped down. Very solid.

So far, this session alone has made me change how I setup my own mixes...these things are clean AF, and honestly...less is more on this...also the trick about using the MIDI for a tempo map/kick replacement is great...I've thrown some kickforge on here and wow...can't wait for the mixthru!

This is one of the few times where I felt like everything is just recorded right, especially the drums and the bass. Guitars and vox are sick too. it's true as they say, a good project mixes itself.

crazy, i can think of a bunch of mixed and mastered death metal albums that sound worse then the raw tracks in this session.

I always liked Svencho's vocals, mostly his growl than screams. Seriously, I will first have a cash to get this multitracks :3
