Dear WCC members, Please fight for LEGAL justice for the survivor in the court. Fight for that. For a common people like me, doesn't matter you are in or out of AMMA ,we ll watch all good movies of your's. Why are you guys fighting with egoism of membership in AMMA. Your 4 demands First 3 demands is just about membership. Ridiculous. Find out the real culprit, after that AMMA is not taking measures against culprit then do these things.

Its not about membership its about the attitude about the people within a respected organization.. If organizations accept this behavior people will continue to think that this behaviour is acceptable. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!

Dear Shine..although it’s after a year, taking some time to respond to your comment as you’ve genuinely expressed you admire these women talents but feel this talk is just their ego talking. (In other words, unlike the rest you’re not completely shut to the idea and cause of women expressing themselves). Each of the issues discussed here - ‘accused member’s membership status, reinstatement of the survivor, grievance redressal system of Amma, the ‘addressing’ of the victims and her advocates are of immense importance not just for legal justice for the survivor but for the legal justice of women in movies. Unfortunately, although we have the finest talents in the industry which can perhaps be compared with the gems lauded across the world - misogyny is a truth and it exists in different forms. Just like racism. If you scroll down, you many find the most abusive words you wouldn’t want your own family to ever hear against these women. These women who for the first time in malayalam cinema stood up for the cause of another woman and who showed the courage to speak against the lords of the industry therefore knowingly risked their entire portfolio and credibility. Just imagine, would you show the courage to shout about your CEO if you thought your colleague was hurt ? Let’s be honest, most of us would think of our own security.

I doubt about their intentions becase the actress rape case is more than 1 year old. Till now there is no final verdict about who committed the crime . if WCC people are really looking for justice then they must complain and do what ever they can to make sure that person commited is beeing punished under indian law instead of doing that they are more concerned about the amma memberships and all which is really bad. if they sound against in delaying the judicial process that is really worth but now they are making some unnecessary controversies and news regarding this issue and there by wasting time of public. so i would request WCC to stop this and force government and officials to conclude this by finding who is guilty and this is how you should proove that you are really with victim.😌

@WellWisher Peace my point is they have to fight for justice with judiciary not for just his menbership with amma. getting movies is diffrent. if they dont want him to act then they have fight with producers and exhibitors association and finaly with public who watches his movies.
