ABDOMINALS SERIES CORE WORKOUT. ABDOMINALS WITH AMANDA

Hello my beautiful loves and thank you for joining me on your fitness journey.
Today’s workout is focusing on the core muscles on the abdominal area.
Hope you are enjoying the Abdominals with Amanda series so far.

Please see below core exercises included in today’s workout and let’s feel the burn.
Throughout the exercises please keep your stomach muscles pulled in so belly button towards spine and breathe steadily.
Exercise one
Plank - hands into a fist shape and up on the toes with back flat.
Exercise two
Plank forward and back on toes - hands into a fist shape rolling forward over the hands and moving back into original position using your toes.
Exercise three
Hip dips - hands into a fist shape and up on the toes with the back flat. Dip your left hip towards the left side of the mat return to dip in the centre. Then repeat the same on the opposite on the right side.
Exercise four
Side plank - lying on left side of body lean on your left forearm and lift the lower body off the floor with feet on top of one another then after hold dip the hips up and down then repeat on the right side.
