Pilots are taught FLY THE AIRPLANE ALL THE WAY TO THE GROUND. That, of course, includes trying to avoid harming anyone on the ground. This pilot did a great job. My condolences to his family and friends.

"It breeds in Southern Europe, Northern Africa, and from Central Asia to northern China and Malysia."
