ABC's of Swimbait fishing in the Everglades

Спорт

I explain all the tackle and techniques involved in fishing for big bass in the Everglades ! I don't catch a true monster but I'm set up to do so but the expectation is there and ,for me, thats what makes bass fishing so much fun!

Roland is beyond a legend. He himself is a fishing legend but he brought a fishing legend into the world. As much as I like Scott and would love to fish with him, I would have to go with the old man his stories could keep me occupied for days lol

Drop the last 1/3 of a swimbaits tail into boiling water for 5sec or so and hold it vertical. Keep going until the tail folds over and touches the body. Cool off. The bait will now impart 3x the action. Works on most and makes a huge difference. Or if you are impatient get he soldering iron out and melt vertical slots alternatively into the tail section for same result. Dont breathe the smoke and perform only in well ventilated areas.

Thank you very much for the tips, especially about having the right attitude its so easy to get discouraged or say oh the fish arnt biting today. Just keep going change it up and have fun. I am just getting into bass fishing and just landed my first bass yesterday on topwaters with the tips that you gave me on not working the frog to fast. I really appreciate your advice and encouragement as well as being constant positive role model. Your the man keep up the awsome videos!

After watching this it makes me not want to tie mono/Fluoro leaders. He's said he's in clear water with straight heavy braid. So I guess bass really didn't care about the line being visible, or it probably doesn't make too much of a difference! Thanks sir appreciate the vid and the info!
