I'm 63 and have been going to shows for 4t years. I saw Sabs in 1978 on the Never Say Die tour. The band was in tumult, but they played a crushing gig. Great music has been around a lot longer than the 90s.

I think Abbath (after his fight with addiction) looks so much better now. I mean the addiction, and the bad mental status can change the one's face, and now Abbath looks very good. I hope he's doing well, and i wish good health to him! He's my favourite black metal singer! 🤘🏻

He leans into his Lemmy/Quorthon vocal style even more. Good shit.
More of a classic metal feel in the music. More a Lemmy feel in the voice. A good song. He has his troubles but he's yet to let us down music-wise. A very good songwriter.
Nothing can be more constant in the metal music world than Abbath's gimmicks. That's why he is still adored through 30 years of his career.
I’m a 50 something year old momm and I’m usually a big fan of early 70s metal , I just found Abbath and he’s awesome!

Reminds me alot of the style on "Between Two Worlds" when the Abbath project went under the name "I". Amazing like everything else that involves Abbath. Probably the only musician that can actually make it possible to capture how ice and freezing winds/storms would sound if it was music. It was there in Immortal and it is still there with Abbath. Just like Lemmy, Abbath is in a league of his own. Plus he's one helluva funny person! \m/ Now I need to go listen to "Far Beyond the Quiet"!

Same! The moshing/circle pit was unforgettable. I lost my BA cup there, my earring and an eye lens from my eye, so for the second half of the show my brain felt trippy, also I almost got trampled. May sound strange but it was super fun 😂
