Remember being a 5 year old and being in my Grandads front room while he played ABBA on his record player. I'm now 42 and he's long passed, but i am always transported back to that time whenever I hear an ABBA song. God I miss those days!

My grandfather loved this song and used to sing it for me. Now, when he wants me to sing, he asks for this most of the time.

I grew up listening to ABBAs music back in my homeland Guatemala. My mom without knowing a word of English used to play Abba's LP over and over during the weekends and usually in the mornings. Bless you! Thank you for sharing your pain. This song get me everytime tears shouting out the lyrics and all. Its testament of how pure talent can communicate rawness of human experience. We're all on a journey from somewhere to somewhere. Some lose their way and their humanity along the way but thats on them and not on you. I can tell you are a committed person but I can also tell that you have alot of strength. You just keep going thru your journey....

It actually Seems nearly most songs i loved, have ended up like different parts of my life story, before it even happened, some to the detail? And some songs i liked coz they fitted sort of but some i liked just because i did? But in later life, felt like it could really be written about me? Maybe we subconsciously do it ourselves?
