Nobody but ABBA could come up with harmonies like these. They are so beautiful , so uplifting, so stirring . These brilliant songsters are in a league of their own. They make people *feel* something very profound . Not many artists can claim to be able to create that effect.

I heard it a few hours ago and cried like a baby. So many emotions both happy and sad, I can't stop listening now..Hearing that amazing sound of the Abba I have always loved..Its like they where never gone x

I broke down when I heard the songs. Even my young son! This is incredible. I've met Björn and Benny a few times, and I was sure ABBA never would record again. And now this - and soooooo great!!!!!

ABBA just love them. I was 21 years old and boy did my wife and I hit the disco's. We are still together today.

As good as Agnetha's singing is, so is the instrumentation and song-writing. Absolute masterclass in all facets of the craft.

I can not describe the happiness that I'm experiencing. Abba has been an important part of my life. I feel as if I had been in darkness and all of the sudden saw the light. I can not even describe how happy I am. Abba to me is life. love, hope, happiness, a bright present and a wonderful future.

Wow, with these new songs ABBA touches the souls and hearts of people around the world - and not only of the baby boomer generation which grew up with their songs in 70s and early 80s (but maybe they feel a little bit more touched). Only ABBA are able to create songs for eternity, which can make you cry and smile at the same time. All we need is love - and more ABBA songs.

If only I could explain what I feel when I listen to this ABBA's song and finding out about their return. It touches the depth of my soul and it's like a light appearing during these hard and dark times. That's what ABBA is currently doing to the word! Despite both Agnetha and Annifrid have done music on their own on and off these past 40 years they haven't been touring singing night after night. That's one reason why their voices still sound so good up until today and their harmonizing is just like back in the days just like their like piano trade mark!! During next year they will do a like virtual reality tour called ABBA the hologram tour. It will be like a journey back in time to 1979.

ABBA are the finest band to grace our ears

I don't know how you experience Abba at your young age. You haven't lived the late 70's and 80's with Abba's music. You didn't had the new released song "I have a dream" playing in the background at the diner table at Xmas. Everyone kept quiet when they were on TV in a music video or in a program. We were concentrated because THEY were in front of our eyes, and we listened in awe to the song. It didn't matter which one, as long it was Abba's. Many of us of the old days cried hearing that song "Don't shut me down", so hard to understand. Each one has his own story why that is. Mine I think is because it took me back to my childhood where my mom was still alive, where my beloved cat was still alive, where I really could enjoy music and danced in the street with others on Abba's music and others without shame. Me, a boy. Where life was simpler and we played outside, we were not slaves of technology. We were free in a sense. We had a phone with a wire but were free, now they have a phone without a wire and they are not free. We played outside, we didn't needed a chatroom to meet someone virtually, instead we met each other in person, in the flesh. Yes, much have changed. With Abba here again for just one full record... to experience that before I go to sleep and join them... in one word... heavenly.

Even though the Abbatar concept and concert is going to be ground breaking and historical, what would truly be the icing on the cake would be if the current ABBA, in their seventies, would at least come out and take a bow the way they are now to end the show. Because an hour and a half of pre-recorded modern technology can never really replace the heart and soul of the group themselves. We love The Rolling Stones in their old age. We would certainly embrace ABBA too just as they are.

Omg, the feelings that run thru my body hearing them again. I don’t think they’ll do a music video as they are now but they will start their new concert in may nxt year. This is the big project the have been working on which has been delays because of the pandemic. The band members have spent 8hrs a day for weeks actually performing a concert in front of camera’s etc in private. You may have seen clips of them wearing all in one suits with coloured dots on them. They wore these suits which detect movement etc ( it’s very technical) & by doing this they have produces ‘avatars’ which will be then used in concert. It looks amazing because they will show the ‘old’ ABBA performing but in the skin of the younger ABBA, via avatars. So when you see the concert you will be seeing the real ABBA but as avatars. The technology in this blew my mind so I probably haven’t explained it very well but I hope you get the idea. There are clips in ‘I have faith in you’ particularly of Friday that show the avatars. In the launch on friday, the boys were saying how they’d thought about how they could tour this because so much equipment is needed. They decided that London was where they wanted it to be, which makes sense as it’s accessible from everywhere. They looked for places that they could use & not to bore you with all the details, in the end they decided that the only soloution that meant they had complete control was to build a brand new arena, which is what they have done, the ‘ABBA’ arena is here in London in the Olympic park. The idea is that it will be as close to going to a concert & having that concert experience as you can get, the arena has seating & standing area’s for those that just want to dance. They will start a 4yr residency to begin with in may 22 & I don’t know what will happen after that, whether they will try & do the same in another country. All I know is that for the nxt 4 years you will be able to see ABBA ‘live’ in concert & I can’t wait!!!!!

I think you were born in 90's and this fact is very important because even people that never had lived in golden days of ABBA, are influenced by them today.....is very impressive.

I don't think they want to do a video at their age. Benny said he would rather they be remembered the way fans used to see them. But personally, I think they look great at their age and the ladies are still adorable! Agnetha is the youngest at 71. The others are 75, 75, and 76.

As of today ages are Agnetha 72, Frida 76, Bjorn 77, Benny 75. Today: July 2022. Frida turns 77 in November and Benny turns 76 in December.

The big global news of this 21st century for the music world is the return of the legendary Swedish pop group ABBA to the recording studios after more than 35 years (the last was "The day before you came") and the edition of his new songs after 39 years (the last was "Under attack") and a new album after almost 40 years (the last was "The Visitors") Beyond that these three data are for the Guines Book of records (I believe that No Group or Singer or Artist can come close to these incredible brands), the most remarkable thing is How they returned, with what level of quality And I must say that ABBA overcame all fears, doubts and expectations Their return is shocking and his quality is still valid "Don't shut me down" it's another surprise from ABBA A pop song was expected, but there were reservations and fears for what it could be (and here I include doubts to the voices of the girls due to their age) And we find a magnificent work The beginning is with Agnetha's voice attacking with the pleasant company of the piano. What Agnetha does in that introduction is anthology, exquisite modulating and using different nuances with her mature voice. Until Benny's signature piano glint (nod to the mega hit "Dancing Queen") and ABBA's typical pop song is with us, with the fans, because the lyrics speak to us. and Agnetha assumes that decoding of almost four decades and gives us her beautiful voice as the strings grow and lead to a memorable chorus with Frida reliving the historic third voice of ABBA But it doesn't end there, the second part adds hooks and a xylophone is added to the bells (a nod to the marimba in "Mamma Mía"), and the pre-chorus has more force with Agnetha and Frida and the violins anticipate the elevation to a chorus triumphant final anthology reminiscent of his greatest hits And it ends with a soft and sweet Agnetha voice and piano melody (nod to "Thank you for the music") Thank for your great reaction and for Your respect to ABBA music now we have a brand new album Voyage that is a worldwide success see in next ABBA vídeo GOD bless You

As a fan who has been following ABBA since 1974, I can only say: No, it would be unfavorable if they were to perform live today. All the members of ABBA have aged gracefully. It would destroy my memories of the time when they (ABBA) had their best time (1970s and 1980s). That's why the idea of having them perform as avatars is just brilliant ! The music, which is by Benny Andereson and Björn Ulveas, is as good as we are used to from ABBA. You can easily and quickly access this title and enjoy the successful work. I am also pleased that ABBA is obviously also in the U.S. today a great attention. I assume that you are from the USA. Is that right ? That was - I think - not always so ! I see: There is a second song by ABBA: I still have Faith in You. It would also be important if you would take up this song - if you haven't already done so. Thank you for your contribution here.

I am a 66 year old Australia Male. I’ve spent my life in the music Industry & I’ve always seen ABBA as insignificant & boring. I have never given their music the time of day. But when I read about this new project & the fact they have sold over 40 million albums, I though perhaps I’m missing something here, so I listened to these new songs. Wow, I can’t stop crying. These songs are not only inspirational, totally emotive & an absolute joy to listen to. I can’t stop listen to them. We don’t need mandatory vacations, we need mandatory ABBA.

This song is so much an anthem to their own experience in their road to reunion. They were so deeply divided for so many years after their breakup... it took one of them sitting patiently on a hard bench in the rain (figuratively if not literally) to find the courage to bring them back together again.
