I'm not surprised about that...
How do you operate without a pallet? How do you move the load after this step?
They could have changed some of those MoveJ commands with MoveC commands to get a faster cycle. Additionally they could have opened the zones on some positions. Looks like a very simple cell!

It was moving as fast as the conveyer was bringing the bags, why bother moving faster?
What is the dimension of each bag?

the robot is program by computer by a algoritm I guess, bcuz I am sick of irb6400 and irb2400.. with move to learn comands;
