That newborn was just placed there recently because he is too well fed, not that dirty and wasn't screaming for it's mother and siblings when you arrived there. Video smells fishy. It's a milk-dog and it would have begun to be rather hungry confused and crying for it's momma. VERY SUS!!!! DON C.
