Scammell Crusader Scammell Pioneer and I think a Scammell Contractor. Also an enormous Leyland truck. So sad to see them in this state.

Nice collection of military vehicles scammell crusader long stroke eagle diesel engine horrible gearbox, clutch brake never worked right, Sankey and brockhouse army trailers scammell pioneer recovery scammell explorer recovery, shame to let these rust away as parts now hard to get hold of.

4 ben hur type trailers , couple hundred each , matbros x3 , spare parts boys love em , Brockhurst trailer making proper nice glamping money , etc etc , owner sat on a small fortune , only bad news is the heavy scrap price has tanked!

Really interesting video! My guess on the red truck is an American Ford F350, apprx. 1985.The first Land Rover is a Series 3 and the second one is a late Series 2A. The wrecker is a WW2 era Scammell Pioneer but still used by the army as late as the 1980's. Somebody should really save it. Cheers!

Your pickup appears to be a 1980-86 Ford f150 4x4, most likely a v6 of some sort, or maybe even a 302 v8. I would go with the ladder option. I've grown up around the trucks my whole life. Love the video. From USA.

The green box body was a communication and control centre and would have been full of radios.

i visited this location last week, heart breaking, the Scammell Explorer 1956, found the build plate has been set fire too, rear end is totally gone, made my blood boil

Where is this location it's a shame to see them old Scammell lorries and that Scammell tanker looking like that

From the amount of equipment, plant, and military vehicles there is a lot of money ifs went to auction, trailers are £600 I've seen old JCB's go for £3,000, the scammell could fetch £15,000 TO £20,000.

Was that a bunker in the ground was it a old army place at one time lot of army stuff

blooming Farmers with their Hoarding mentality make me mad ! Will never sell anything when asked, but always ensure you that they have plans to do it up. So much value and history goes to rot because of them that would be cherished by others 😞
