I was one of these kids. Boys and Girls Club as well as the City Mission saved me and my siblings growing up in Cleveland. Some of these kids don't even know the impact this experience will have on them. Seeing people just DO nice things for them creates a ripple effect. Thank you all for showing up.

Unbelievable how Casey and team know how to give back! Its to bad you couldn't keep this going for a few days for other less fortunate kids to enjoy! You would probably have issues with the snow melting and things like that!

I only found this video because of the news in Milwaukee about it. Ever since this video was made and the mall showen to the world, people have been breaking into it and vandalizing it to the point where the mayor ordering a demolition of the mall. A mall that stood for over 40 years. Closed in 2003 and was untouched since this video was filmed there. If you want to know why it was closed, Google it. It's really bad also. Its sad because I used to go there as a kid.

I went there about a year ago with some friends, it is horrible what has happened to the place. Anything that could be broken, has been broken. My parents telling me about the mall when they were young and looking at old pictures of it is just sad. It’s unfortunate what people have done to the place.

Have you seen what has happened to the mall ever since you exposed it to the whole world? Absolutely loved this video! This makes me so incredibly happy to see the power of influencers using their platform for good and creating a positive influence on communities than promoting lifestyles that many can't relate to. To this day I am grateful for the volunteers in my after school program (similar to boys and girls club) that created an environment and the tools I needed to find a passion for design. The act of kindness and gifting them tools to have a voice will forever be remembered beyond their years! Sending lots of love from MN.

I think what impressed me here the most is the underlying "theme" of having the kids vlog it all with youtubers. That was super super clever, because it makes the surprise fun and ALSO gives the kids the experience of doing that with real youtubers who are just real people like them. It makes the video seem like a gift from the vlogging community as a whole. This is the type of marketing that KZread should be holding up as a trophy. It's all organic and real just like youtube always was.

I'm from Milwaukee and have lots of memories of Northridge Mall shown in this video before it shut down. It's great to see something positive being done with the space. It's also great to see what they did for the children from that area to bring some joy to them. I went to school and grew up around the Metcalfe area for a while and it can be rough at times, as they mentioned. Awesome job, guys.

thank you not just for doing this for the kids but of thinking of the little guy and brightening the day up for others that are in the same situation getting help from others in this case it was you. you are an amazing person that is lucky to do all of the cool adventures but is remembering when you were younger with limited choices and needed to be helped to fuel your need to help others.

It's sweet to see how genuinely happy you made these kids like you can see it in their faces that they had a great time. I can tell a lot of effort and thought was put in to this.

I want to say thank you very much Casey for doing this. I grew up in the Southeastern Wisconsin area (in Racine, under Milwaukee) and kids there are exposed to violence, crime, drugs, abuse, and alcohol at a young age. What you're did made an impact on those kids and hopefully it will inspire them to turn to good paths in life. As someone who understands what these kids have been through, it means a lot that people like you want to help these children, because many people don't focus on fixing morals for children but instead focus on how deadbeat their parents are.

Honestly makes me consider switching to Android and Samsung. They're doing a solid job on a lot of fronts.

A long time ago when I was little I lived in an orphanage near D.C. Every year the Navy Yard personnel put on a wonderful show for all the little kids -- we saw the performance, got to visit Santa, received gifts, etc. It's still one of my fondest childhood memories. You created a beautiful experience that these children will remember all throughout their lives. Wishing you a very Merry Christmas!

Personally, I love this video. Seeing the smiles on those so thankful faces makes me cry from happiness. Credits to Casey and everyone involved for making this! Love from the Netherlands!

I loved this mall as a kid… by crazy coincidence I was one of the Dickensian carolers hired to be part of this event. (I’m the tall fella in the top hat and red cape at 3:35) We all had a blast, and we got to explore the creepy dilapidated ruin of this old mall like urban explorers too. This was only our first year together as a singing group and we were able to say ‘Hey, we made it into one of the top viewed videos on KZread this week…’ By far one the the most crazy fun gigs we ever did, so many great memories. Thanks Casey.

Wow! Totally touched my heart. I saw the abandoned mall vid and thought what are they up to this time? I teach in Racine (1/2 Hour south of Milwaukee) What a blessing you all are!

Casey, this was amazing. As far as holidays go, I’ve always believed that Christmas belongs to the wide eyed wonderment of children. Thanks for giving the gift of amazement and joy to all of those great kids.

This is one of the nicest most kindhearted videos I’ve seen on KZread. I’ve shopped At Northridgegrew up in Mequon . These guys who are snowboarding and putting all this together for other kids that is truly beautiful. Creativity is a very useful skill and this a great example. Love it

Those kids deserve every bit of it and since you live in the 414 you should know how segregated our city has and how little opportunities they have because of it and what Casey did really brought hope to those kids and they really needed it around this time of year.

I'm incredibly grateful to have been a part of something so moving and beautiful. Merry Christmas everyone!
