Wow those terraces are tight! It would definitely have been a very snug but crazy atmosphere with 50,000 people in there! It's amazing that it still exists and hasn't been built on. You're certainly getting your steps in for these vlogs 😂

That’s a good point, it must of been packed in close together, crazy to think what it was like. When I was standing there I was thinking what it would of sounded like. Same, I’m amazed there parts of it still here, I wish they would bring it back to life, so much history. Haha that’s true, I’m really unfit…hopefully this challenge helps 🤣

Mad that they had crowds of 50k there, definitely the days before safe standing and crowd capacity rules 😅

Can’t imagine how it would feel being that many folk in there at those times, and the noise. Lol definitely change days now

I played one schoolboy game the year after the Thirds went out of the game the game was Holyrood v Shawlands we changed at the school (Holyrood) The ground had been vandalised especially the Pavilion and the Stand the rest was not too bad, this was 1968. I also was at a couple of games but the Thirds were in the 2nd league and the crowds then were very poor.

Just depends if there is anything Scottish Rugby related for me to explore 😁 I might go on the Murrayfield Stadium Tour which would be cool 👍

There is video of the old stadium it was one of the first to have floodlights
