Holy crap, A Mega mud truck with Lockers. I never thought I'd see that. Everyone puts big ass tires, Big engine upgrades, Big axles, and never touches a Locker. I've never understood why that wasn't put in EVERYTHING offroad.

And on top of that, he needs to learn how to drive in the mud.. He and a lot of other people keep it hammered until they're free wheeling.. If he had stopped as soon as that other truck pulling him out did, then they could have slowly jerked him out.. But in stead, he kept it to the floor until he free wheeled again..

the idea of flooring it is to 1 clean the tread to stop it filling with mud rendering wat you have usless and also it acts in water like a paddle if you can shift that mutch mud,water that it cant move out the way fast enough it pushes you forwards, works well with tyres similar to the little suzuki but tractor tyres not so much and yes should of stopped sooner and not leave the tyres spinning inbetween the pull attempts

They are using tractor tires. Tractor tires are designed to dig through mud to solid ground. Spinning it digs faster, and helps clear tread. The Dodge didn't have good Tractor tires so he got stuck, and yes, the Dodge shouldn't have floored it.

Always my favorite to see in the videos. It's got to be a blast to drive as well. Got me wondering what's under the hood though, definitely sounds like a 4-banger but has enough power to push those massive tires (for its size), through the mud. Love the sound though as well

Tadd Mason My grandpa has one that doesn't has much off-road accessories besides a two inch lift and the bigger tires (by bigger I mean like 2 inches taller). It's a blast to take around the swamp they live by it's nothing like the mud in the video maybe half of the depth of water/mud but it has never got stuck with the on road tires it has. It is just so light and doesn't spin tires it kinda glides across the mud.

Lol a winch that would pull that truck out would cost close to 6grand but you prob want a hydrolic one so it's worth a bit more buy yeh atleast one truck should have it

the wheels are soo tall and skinny it's why it sinks no way to spread the weight. check out the trucks in Greenland they use a wheel and tyre at least twice as wide.

There are these miraculous new things called winches and snatch blocks....

I just don't get it paying out all that money to get stuck! There is an old saying on the railroad "if you're spinning your wheels you aren't going ANYWHERE!"
