Today is National Cheeseburger Day and I would LOVE for everybody to contribute just one cheeseburger to our Cheeseburger Fund: www.hopeforpaws.org/donate - These cheeseburgers help us establish trust with these homeless animals because they realize right away that we come in peace.
We don't feed the dogs cheeseburgers here - their rescue day is a special day, and it helps keep me and my team safe. Bronx reminds me of Buddha from this video with more than 12 MILLION views: • Rescuing a Pit Bull wh...

Thank you to the Hope For Paws team for saving Bronx from a miserable existence. He was a mess, under weight, major ear and skin infections, and he had to learn that he didn’t have to eat & sleep exactly where he peed and pooped. He’s now house trained, healthy (a tad chunky😂) and so happy!!! ❤

He was not underweight, of this pictures. But his living conditions were horrible anyway. How some people treat animals, unbelievable. So glad he has a lovely Homepage now. But don't overfeed him, otherwise he won't grow old. Unfortunately it is not a healthy breed and fat Dogs get sick quickly. Also the joints. But hes such a loveley sweetie and so dear. ❤

So sad that breed-specific prejudice can lead to such wild misjudgements and sad treatment! 😭 I've never seen such a sweet and gentle dog... To be fair, I guess perhaps if she was an older person, maybe she was worried about not being able to safely walk him or successfully restrain him if he got over-enthusiastic anout something, due to his tanky build...? 🤷🏻‍♀️

Telling stories that are not true is not going to help the dog. In the 19th century they were fighting dogs, and never were referred to as a "nanny dog" until a New York Times article in 1971. It was never a common name until people started using it to deny their history. The simple fact is that they are more dangerous than your average dog bred to be sociable. To say that this dog is not essential bred to be deformed also is not helping the dog. Genetics are a thing, and dogs can be bred to have dangerous tendencies, and you need to be honest about that.

Thank you, once again, Hope For Paws, the neighbor, the fosters, everyone involved, for rescuing this poor baby, stuck in a cage all day/night. How anyone could be 'afraid' of this happy & friendly doggie, I will never understand! Just wish you could come to South Florida & rescue some of our poor, unfortunate animals that are being dumped everywhere, or kept outside 24/7 in this heat. We need more organizations such as this!!!

Oh, he's precious! This is what my next door neighbor does to his pits. They are in their cages 24/7 for months on end. They only get out to breed. Thank you for saving this sweet boy! Love from Texas ❤

Dear neighbour, you are amazing! Because standing up against your own neighbours does not come without certain "Risks". So, thank you so much ❤

Bronx looks like 1000 lbs of love packed into a beautiful 60 lb meatball.. Wish I could take him home but I'm in Australia. He'll make some lucky people a great pet.

I'm glad you saved Bronx from those horrible conditions, but you should have saved the chickens as well. They were living in the horrible conditions too.
