RnK All Day hi Rob and Christy I'd seen carlo's vid in Jan. 2018. I sub him too. Both of you made some interesting points about the house and pool. I love your presentations for places cuz they have a nice flow. Christy pointed out in a cool way the bathrooms. I have to admit the lighting in carlo's footage of the red room was far better. Far easier to appreciate the patterned "curtain" vs red parts. And his footage of the pool had more clarity too in carlo's vid,. All and all I give ya a thumbs up and great coverage of the "home" part. You're right, cheaply constructed. I'm really not sure if this place was ever used as a main residence tho. Noted what looked like granite counter tops/kitchen in carlo's vid. Like a redo. House seems so cheaply built I'm not sure if it's worth renovating. Blow up mattress in your vid plus flatscreen tv...odd. Water in pool and toilets odd. A mystery for sure. Thanks guys. I'm your biggest fan. Keep working it!

Why don’t you give history on these places? You don’t have to give full names but once you find out the names of former owners at the court house (its public record) you can search for any other info about the former owners. It’s interesting to see these places but it creates and leaves more questions than anything else.

They loved looking at themselves with all those mirrors. Wonder if there are cameras behind them? Little creepy!

Pretty sure all the cleaning supplies and garage items are there for the grounds keeper, whom stays on that inflatable mattress a couple times a week. You notice the place is clean :)

This place screams PORN!!! There is something about this place that makes the hairs on your neck stand up. You feel like you could pick up a STD just walking through the place. Great find guys, look forward to the next video. As always be careful and be safe.

This place looks like a cheap (love) hotel. I noticed that this place was on water from one of the scenes. Maybe it was someone's summer place and they have someone looking after it. Maybe they hold raves here or something or was some drug dealer and he is doing time. Looks way too clean, esp. toilets to not have.

Surprised by how clean and clutter-free the place looks. Definitely has a swinger/porn vibe to it. I hope kids and innocent women weren’t involved, whatever went on there.

That place is immaculate and one of the most unique abandos ive ever seen. I bet some junk has gone down in that place, would have been interesting to see a black light taken through some of those rooms.

Your home is your personality. It shows the character of the people that owned that house and I don't think it's good.

In the 70’s and early 80’ mirrors were a big thing for wall treatments.

1) Someone is definitely living there 2) This place gives off Satanic, low-grade Eyes Wide Shut vibes

This place looks like it was some kind of a private club. Some builders are just just cheap. Whoever built that place was cutting corners big time. Obviously the bathroom was designed for women to prep in. Some gaudy taste. Really weird stuff going on there. $15,000,000?? They got ripped off.

I’m sorry but my uncle has bought and is now in the process of renovating that house. The pool had the cover over it because it just got redone and filled. That is a brand new cover and he has also replaced a bunch of windows and doors as they were broken. He does sleep there and is actively living there lmao! He has paid a lot of money towards cleaning it up.

First thing that I noticed is that it is clean. Someone is taking care of this place. No dust, everything in it's place. Then I noticed, that for a multi million dollar place, it has the cheap drop ceiling tiles. I agree that it's awesome, but done some what cheaply. Maybe because it looks like it was done in the 1970's. Looks like somewhere Frank Sinatra would hang out! Lot's of the wealthy like to have nights out but don't like the people and the press watching them, so they had clubs like this to go to. Private clubs. I can see Frank sitting in the curtained, fabric covered room. Great one guys! Thank you.

It’s sad that people splurge on mansions and then can’t upkeep them so they abandon them. Waste of a beautiful home.

There was definitely somebody there, the shower looked wet when you looked at it, pool looked too well taken care of it should’ve been filled with algae Bad bad vibes, did you have any gut feelings while there ?

You two prove your skills each and every time...I’m SO glad you did this place. Ive seen it once before, but not with the RnK touch, and that makes all the difference. From catching the mica sparkles on that double sided fireplace to the pattern cast by the wall light, you never miss a chance to show why you are the best. The music is perfect for the subject, and there is a smooth progression to the order of filming. You have an eye for details and the slickest editing chops going. This mansion has a lot of stories to tell I’m sure, it kind of feels like mob money and a lot of what that money can buy. I think those mirrored bathrooms were more about rich old guys able to voyeur themselves with some sexy young things who wouldn’t look twice if they weren’t rich. Just kind of had that sleazy feel to go along with the great workmanship and tons of money so obviously spent. The “Rumpus Room” felt like it was deliberately trying to feel like OLD Las Vegas when it was a mafia playground, right down to the metal palm tree and the discreet party tables and “secret” back room. You rocked it...thank you. Keep on having fun and stay safe out there. 🖤🇨🇦

It's definitely sad a beautiful mansion like this just got abandoned. It's weird the power is still on....makes you think it hasn't been abandoned for very long either.

This place feels off to me. As if someone comes there to stay some times but doesn't live there, maybe to cheat on his wife or something. There is not a burned out bulb in the master bedroom and there is a towel on the floor outside the shower. The drop ceiling room with the bar in it looks like a business more then a house. So do the rooms. Maybe a brothel. Weird. I feel like there is a surveillance system where someone was watching you. So creepy!

I like your personal comments about what you are seeing. Your videos are very entertaining!

Great explore. Unusual house, probably not everyone's taste but it is mint. Would be nice if it stayed that way. If not, at least we have your video to show what it looked like at one time.

There's no way this is abandoned. There's so many tell tale signs such, as the Power still being on, the lights on all the power points, the new TV being on standby, the pristine condition of the House, toilet rolls, tissues & paper towels in the bathroom? There's even a recently used cup next to the sink, the air conditioning was one & the fully inflated bed. There's a security guard or 2 sleeping in the House & it's either someone's Summer/Winter retreat or it's about to be re renovated. Maybe someone has very recently moved out & security guard sleeps there until it's sold/redone. Mist of the decor is new apart from the tube TV. 100% not abandoned.

This type of ceiling is not normally in a house... so strange... the stuff left behind is just so random... but I am so happy to see that it has not been destroyed with graffiti!!!! this is one cool find for sure!!!

The place is still pretty spotless with water and electric still on. Maybe someone is staying there on and off taking care of it? Or if there are squatters, maybe they're taking care of it? I don't know, but this place gives me such an insane negative feeling, it almost makes me ill. Out of all the urbex videos I have watched, this is the first time that's ever happened. I want to know the story behind this place.

This was definitely a really cool explore. I don’t know about you guys but I would NOT want to look at my naked body in those bathrooms. What do you think? Those “red rooms” were also highly questionable. See you in the next spot✌🏻.

The best part of the videos... (Besides them always breaking into a property and then proceeding to tell others not to the the exact same thing) is when these professional vandals/trespassers show off their incredible real estate skills and start throwing property valuations around. $15,000,000 huh? Call me when you guys are ready to purchase your next house, I will gladly sell you one.

+RnK All Day Aw, that was so frustrating to watch! When You found the second red room, I could clearly see there were booths in there, like bedrooms but You didn't try to move any of the curtains. Some of them had light behind them too. Once You'd found the first room, You should have looked at the rest. There wasn't only a bathroom in there. You missed a ton of little rooms
