The last move was fire! 🔥 I always struggle with any side plank move. I find it hard to feel it in my abdominal muscles and usually feel it most in my arms, back or legs. It would be awesome to see a thorough walk through of the setup for those moves sometime. Thanks! Have a great day!!!

Coming back for my second time through this amazing ab challenge. My seven year old did it with me, and she never let me forget a day. :) The pink background made it so quick and easy to find. I think having stronger abs is helping me in my pullups!?!

I do Arieal dance and we do a lot of core conditioning. Teacher has put a yoga block or a towel on your back so that forces you not to use momentum when lifting your hips
