Its really simple in design actually. I learned the basics in one day and mastered it in a month. But i lost the talent thanks to lockdown and i couldnt wear shoes. But i still remember the basics and design of it.

Get out of your head in some way, let go of yourself. Don't be 'John Doe dancing to the music' - let your body become a vehicle for the music to flow through. Once I learned to do this I learned to dance at any time given the mood

Not sure why this song does it for me, but it does. Brings that tear too my eye like all those sappy songs out there, there is something special about all the energy and positive vibes this song brings too me.

As someone who was once in a really dark place. I can say that dancing was one of those things that I can't put in words what it did for me. I never would of guessed the power behind dancing, but it's truly a form of self expression. Like the wind blowing flowing through the trees to spread its seed, music flows through me.

I loved watching this video. It actually made me feel great. Wish I could dance like this.
