If he was allergic to polyethylene glycol he wouldn't be taking Percocet would he. Also the drug hydroxychloroquine that Joe Rogan prescribed for him after he got COVID also has polyethylene glycol.

I love how Joe's podcast is where people have to come to "clear the air" bc they know they can speak freely without the media personalities twisting their words around

Not just clear the air but also know it's a place they can be themselves. Elon Musk has been on Joe Rogan three times for example and you'll never see him talking to the media directly. No one is perfect and odds are most guests on JR have their own idiosyncrasies that make them unique and worthy of being a guest. JR does a fantastic job of showing a human and relatable side of guests. Sadly, I've learned to not trust any media outside of podcasts like this or direct communication like Twitter.

My family all got vaxxed and kept asking if I was gonna get vaxxed and I kept saying “I’ll think about it” -me knowing damn well I wasn’t gonna get it lol, 2 years later they are commending me for not caving and getting it. That pretty much sums up how people feel about the vaccine now. And my vaxxed fam ended up giving me covid both times, I ended up with covid last in the house both times, second time, my symptoms were so mild while theirs were much more severe, which is completely ironic

Big fact smh. When the vax first came out they explicitly stated if you had a blood clot not to get one. I was on meds for a blood clot. Then all of a sudden they said its ok. I said Im ok. I heard shit everyday, "oh you can get the vax now." Im good. Almost everyone I know who got vaxxed caught covid afterwards because they weren't getting the "boosters." I have so much more respect for Rogers after actually hearing his side of the story. He was one of the few players that did his own research and made an independent decision without being coerced by officials. May be the smartest player in the league.

Yes! I know of a similar situation. A person got a medical exemption due to previous very serious reaction to a flu shot (they cannot get flu shots anymore). Employer refused and threatened to fire if they didn’t get a covid shot. Their arm became paralyzed from it. I haven’t heard any updates on it.

I too was immunized with 2 doses of the Pfizer vaccine for the specific reason of being able to travel to see my grandmother who was battling cancer. 1 month after my 2nd dose, I got COVID (June 2021) and half of my university class who were also vaccinated also got COVID, we had a huge outbreak amongst the vaccinated. Then we had to hear for another few months that this was a rare phenomenon when it was actually quite obvious the vaccine wasn't cutting the chain of transmission and preventing COVID. So in the end Rodgers' status didn't matter, half of the NFL got COVID. Another mainstream media failure.

The biggest issue with conspiracy theorists is they see conspiracies everywhere. They can be right now and again, sure, but that's going to happen when you think everything is some scam, lie, cover-up, etc. They are not the best at being objective, they are guided by whatever information feels the most theatrical or dramatic, likely in an effort to make life more interesting.

As a Vikings fan born and raised in Minneapolis, I have come to be a huge fan of Aaron. Since about 2014 ive been a closet Packers fan, because I couldnt help but enjoy watching one of the greatest quarterbacks ive ever seen. Lol, the rare blood clot side effect has a 0.0004% chance of happening, while smoking and catching covid without being vacced gives you a 28 and 30% chance of getting a blood clot respectively ; you actually put yourself more at risk than if you took the vaccine

I am seeing tons of reasons as to why you should never, ever, under any circumstances, decide to get it. Four of my family members got it, now 1 is dead and two are permanently injured. The mild injury is chronic vertigo. The more severe is in my 45 year old sister who, within 24 hours of getting it, went into full menopause and is now on hormone therapy. In addition to that, she has also been diagnosed with rheumathoid arthritis and IBS. She called me psycho when I gently suggested it could have been the shot, but has since come around. Please don't get it. Ultimately, it is your choice, but if you want to live as whole and healthy human...ix-nay on the ot-shay. Cheers!

Aaron Rodgers copied the nerds' homework in high school biology. Stop glorifying stupidity. You wouldn't ignore plumbing consensus when you need a plumber. You wouldn't ignore engineering consensus when you need an engineer. But for some reason, stupid people think their medical and scientific opinions are rooted in fact, just based on a feeling. It's okay to shut up and say "I don't know".

@@AlmostaFlipinSkater exactly! People are only contrarian conspiracy theorists when it's safe and easy. It's an American mindset. They have teenage brain in their 30s and 40s. It's all about feeling special, but having it be easy and relaxed at the same time.

The shaming part really hit home. My family was very similar in that regard, they didn't fully exile me from gatherings but I wasn't allowed in without a mask, and I got texts and calls every single day telling me that I need to get it because I'm "at risk". Fast forward to now, yes I've had it twice, but I was over it almost immediately in both instances. Who in my family was hospitalized? The vaxxed, overweight ones who tried to tell me I was at a greater risk simply because of being a Type 1 Diabetic. Hmm, almost like diet and exercise is what truly matters in the grand scheme of things.

sounds like the vax saved them, god bless you and your family man, ik it sucks that we as a country were torn apart because of commie chynas virus, that's just what they want, I was vaxed as well but i just think of it as using a condom, doesn't feel good but protects us. The craziest thing about this is Rodgers is one of the best QBs of all time so he could afford to go through this shit. I feel for those unvaccinated players who were cut not because they weren’t good enough, but because of their vaccination status.

It all came down to “Are you a rule-follower, or are We going to have to punish you into submission?”

Never had a single shot, never quarantined, never got sick all while working in the automotive field dealing with hundreds of cars (customers vehicles) throughout the entire time. Never once took a day off, literally changed nothing in my life other than making it hard for us to get parts delivered

I have had the exact same experience in the shipping/receiving intermodal container industry. We were never given any time and expected to work overtime. Been exposed to hundreds of different people every single day since this whole thing began. Never got covid. Never got vaxxed.

I’ve never been a Packers fan, so I’ve never particularly cared for Aaron Rodgers. But I’ve come to respect him a lot this past year for sticking to his guns, while also not trying to make it super political. The man just appreciates his freedom.

At first he was the only unvaccinated player in the NFL to hide it, and once everyone found out he was being dishonest he defended himself. He then did what anyone else would do, nothing different, nothing more respectable.

i got fired from 4 jobs because i wasnt vaccinated like a year ago... today, 2 of my former bosses died of heart attacks. one of them was very active and took health very seriously... ironic.

@@michaelj6392 Thats like saying Nazi soldiers shouldn't be prosecuted for their crimes, they were just listening to authority, right? Unvaxxed people like me were forced to take unnecessary tests and forced to comply to ridiculous rules and not to mention the discrimination. If people in leadership positions had the ability to think logically, maybe COVID would've not been as serious as it was made out to be. We still haven't seen the long term effects of this vaccine, but these people that were or still are pushing it deserve everything they have coming at them.
