i've been binge-watching your videos today and could relate to you so much. I also moved to another country for my graduate job and it certainly is a big transition. U have peanut butter with your oats... Very strange for me... I do half a cup of oats rolled.. 1 banana I tablespoon of yougurt Skim milk to fill and squirt of honey And blend it... And drink with a cup of tea...
