I agree sister, people can use the Bible and twist it to have a meaning it doesn’t in order to control them, not leading to true repentance and fruitfulness. I am reading the Bible in a year starting today! My mom’s birthday was July 17th and she always taught me the word is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path, from the psalm. I always knew the Bible was important to follow, and now as a woman I get to have my sword! Hallelujah ☺️✝️👏🏾💜

Three days ago, the Holy Spirit prompted me to speak truth and Godly power over the Gen-Z generation. I’ve heard people today say that this generation is lost and/or dead and if you look around, you can understand why they say that, but the Holy Spirit put it on my heart to break that curse over our generation. To speak life and Godly truth over these hurting and thirsting people. I believe that God will do an amazing thing in the Gen-Z generation!

As a gen Z, this generation and the one after us is being attacked heavy. We have to do our research and KNOW God’s word. You always keep it real 💕

God's word is true, black and white, and unfailing in it's messages. We accept it by faith if we believe it...unquestionable! I loved hearing this today Taylor. You always bring it home so to speak!

Taylor this is so good, I completely agree with you. Instant gratification is not what the Bible is about, and that is something we need to understand. If we are gonna be a strong people, we need to meditate on God's word and know the truth which sets us free. God's word is a firm foundation for our faith. We need to show ourselves approved, by reading God's word. "My sheep hear My voice". "Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth." II Timothy 2:15

I don’t know you and I literally just came across your channel. I share this same fear. I’m 32 and a mom of 3 beautiful kids that serve God. I myself battle so much with these points you’ve stated. Yes! Every interpretation is Scripture is NOT equal. God has spoken clearly in the Word. Not with the same clarity on every issue of course, but on the things that matter most, God's Word is clear.

So so right. Even a lot of the older generation of "believers" are not standing true to God's Truth! Most of them would rather believe & follow other people's version of what they THINK God says, instead of listening to Holy Spirit discernment!

The ridiculous unBiblical rapture theories & scare tactics get on my nerves. Huge worldly lies that aren't even spoken of in scripture, but people just don't want to accept that they'd have to suffer for Jesus' sake, even tho scripture says believers will!

Thank you so much for saying this. I have been going through a rough season too where God is showing me that standing firm on His Word will not always be easy but it is so worth it! Because He loves us so that we can love Him and love others in the way that He intended and to the full extent. Praise the Lord that God’s Word stands through it all and we can always depend on it. We need to pray for all the body of believers around the world that their faith would be strengthened through trials and that no one would waiver. He is for us 💕

God’s word stands no matter what era we are in. It is the only real truth. I am doing a read the Bible in a year plan so I can be an educated Christian woman. We need to stop reading the Bible and looking for self. We should be reading the Bible to know God. People are trying to twist God’s word to justify what they are doing. The Bible is not to be adjusted. It is clear as crystal if you know what you are reading. A lot of what we are experiencing today is in there if you know where to look.

You've touched on some many things that also worries me about our generation (I'm 25). Thanks Taylor for expressing yourself, I always appreciate your videos. ❤

I was born in the millienal generation and I've talked to people my age, people who are the age of my parents, and 20+ years older than me and they don't want to read God's Words. What you said is what has been on my mind lately but I couldn't put it into words, thank you so much for doing that, and it has been the best encouragement to join the academy. I really want to do it, I am thinking about telling my pastor about it so that the church could cover at least part of the costs to make it more available to some of the leaders in my church in Poland. I would love it if more people in my fellowship read the Bible for themselves. From my experience I can say that even the previous generation faces this issue. I accepted Christ in 2020. So it took me a while to accept the things of God. I'm in a women's ministry, we're slowly working through the Bible. Cambria Joy likes the book series "Christy Miller Series."

This was so relevant to even a grandma like me. Well said and so true. I myself let life and laziness get in the way of reading the Bible and praying. Distraction is real and our phones and all of the immediate things at our fingertips is something you have to fight to ignore so that you can unplug and sit at the feet of Jesus. This reminds me ALOT of the book of Isaiah. To me, the book of Isaiah and the book of Mark are two of the most intimate ways you can get close to God. When you said, "God said what He said" it makes me think of Isaiah alot cause in Isaiah, after God makes a statement on something, He ends it with, "For the mouth of the Lord has spoken" Idk it just made me think for a sec :) In my humble opinion, Isaiah is THE book for us Christians in the 2022 and 2023 year. According to what this world is going thru right now, there's no better book than Isaiah for those 2 years. GOD says things to US in the book of Isaiah that WILL make all of us uncomfortable, but it's for a good reason

I agree with more than I thought I would. I think my point of contention is I don't really view the bible the same way you do. I love it so much don't get me wrong. I just don't view it as being as much of God's word as the person Jesus is, or as clear as it feels the church thinks it is. But I do have the same spiritual concerns for my generation. It feels we are valueless. I do think reading the Bible could help a lot with that. (We like sheep have gone astray every one to his own way.) Like we can discuss what the word of God means but I agree we should all be trying to follow it. And my generation simply isn't. And that makes me sad.

There are so many things that is proofed wrong from the bible but so little that is proofed right. So following that book as truth is stupidity. And that text is not unchanged because it is copied by hand from copies which is written by hand so there is made so many mistakes and once more text have changed when it is translated. If you want to follow that book you really shouldn't follow as it is written but as a whole or as a philosophy book.

I dont know when it became so popular to only do Q&A with IS subscribers questions, but I have had it with the catering and treating yt subscribers as second hand. I am unsubscribing.👈
