    Girl don't feel alone on the teeth brushing thing. I've been the same way my entire life and as my dentist would say, I'm a soda queen. A few things I've found that help me when it gets bad/worse are an automatic toothpaste dispenser and an electric tooth brush with a timer. It was worth spending the money to save some enamel. Those pentacle flowers are adorbs!

    Oh Rebekah, I'm sending you all the love for February. I struggle deeply around my teeth as well because of some truly nightmarish dental stuff that happened when I was a kid. I hope you are able to develop a routine that works for you!

    I need to do my February set up early because my due date (I’m pregnant) is soon and I want to have my journal set up so I am prepared for the month ahead without feeling like I won’t have time depending on when I go into labor. Thanks for being so open and honest in this video. We all have our struggles and I am no exception- so your honesty was refreshing. I am loving your videos lately, they are inspiring me as I am jumping back into bullet journaling this year. There aren’t many (that I have found) witches on KZread doing planning vids. I am hoping to make some videos and start up my own channel but it probably won’t get too much effort until I am a few months post-partum. Life with a newborn isn’t easy for me personally, even though this is my fourth child. Anyways, sorry to ramble..Sending you good vibes 🦋🦋🦋

    So amazing!! New subscriber here! Really enjoyed this video! I haven’t tried the monthly theme before it’s something I want to look into for sure though and this is very inspirational. I will say that one thing I want to get into more is journaling and getting better with physical along with mental health. Things are slowly getting back to normal had some stuff gone myself. Really excited for more videos! Blessings

    Rebekah! I love your channel and your ideas for bos and journals. I've had eating problems my while life. As an adult it's binge eating disorder (plus pstd, bipolar, and adhd 1;). It's not an all natural remedy but I take Vvivance. It's the only med that's approved for binge eating. Worked for me. I don't eat everything when i get back from the grocery store anymore. I wasn't too over weight but I lost 30lbs. It usually takes a prior auth to get though. It truely helped me!

    Thanks for sharing. I had to laugh out loud at your F this noise pages, I've had similar experiences when I've tried tracking too many things 😂 . I wish you the best of luck with your health goals for February. I cut my sugar back several years ago. I stopped pop (soda) cold turkey and removed sugar from my morning coffee. I drink unsweetened tea in place of soda. I had big withdraws the first week but after that it was fine and I felt so much better within a couple months. Every once in awhile I'll have a sip of my husband's pop but usually a sip is plenty to kill the craving. So sending you positive vibes on your journey.

    Is brushing your teeth a hard habit because you forget or because there’s other issues? I ask because I have adhd and forgetting was a huge part but it was also because as kid I didn’t have a toothbrush growing up. I’ve learned to take my toothbrush into the shower with me at night before I go to bed since I shower before bed everyday (I live in hot humid Florida, daily showers are necessary). However you could try tying it to another habit you already do like when you wash dishes in the morning or right after lunch. Or as simple as setting setting an alarm on your phone (I do this for my allergy meds). And if this triggers you I’m sorry and feel free to delete. I’m not shaming you. I completely understand. Just trying to give a little help.

    Not at all! I truly don't know. Based on the teeth based nightmares I've had since I was a kid, I'm pretty sure there's other factors like neurodivergence and such. I think tying it to my eating will be good. I usually go to the bathroom after food and if I quickly give them a brush after every time I eat, its way better than not at all! Thank you for sharing

    Teeth brushing and sugar, can both be ADHD related. out of sight out of mind and sugar, wanting to get the serotonin going.
