'A wild ride' onboard from Newport to Bermuda with 11th Hour Racing Team
It was a fast and bumpy race from Newport to Bermuda for our team and special guests Red Bull big wave surfer Ian Walsh and backcountry snowboarder Elena Hight.
Both iconic athletes in their respective sports, Ian and Elena joined us for the 635-nautical mile race... we'll let them tell you the story.
11th Hour Racing Team finished second overall and first in the Open Division of the Newport Bermuda 2022.

Green with envy for Ian and Elena getting a spin on this weapon of a boat!
It is amazing to see how well the foil boat flies thru the waves . It is still a bit rough but, not as wet as earlier boats .

Itsa dream to sail a boat like this one day
... in those conditions ... I have found i am too busy ... w/ too much adrenalin to be sea sick ... now when "things" slow down, then I can get sea sick ...
