A Wild And Windy Stay At Dulyn Bothy
I have wanted to visit Dulyn Bothy for a while and I'm so pleased I made the effort to visit. Located at the head of a beautiful valley, the bothy has incredible views in all directions and feels very remote as all good bothies should. 80 mph winds overnight and near horizontal rain made it all the more wild.
I headed there solo and enjoyed an evening around the fire with a Polish Scouser with one of the most interesting accents known to man as well as an Oxford University student from Colwyn Bay. Well worth the visit and a good way to see out 2022.

Not a bad video buddy . Every bothy we have been to start of with myself and my partner sue. but it soon fill up. we come back once and it was full of squaddies!! They where nice and brought loads of drink with them that they shared. but more and more people where coming. they where even haveing to camp out side. so if you are planing to go to a booth always take a tent with you just in case. Any way it got to midnight and more people came in had no tent so they had to squeeze in a corner then they got a Ouija board Ouija Ouija Ouija board!!!!! hope to see more of you in the new year.

Good tip about bothies thanks. With your love of Wales you might want to brush up on your pronunciation Dan! It’s ‘Dee-Lin’ and means black lake. 😃
