As someone who had a dad that was never there, thanks for putting out vids like this. There's something satisfying about seeing a father putting in the work and who really cares. It's important that people like me see things like this, it had a positive impact on my day.

This is how origin stories start. 20 years from now someone will ask "how did you become a Artist/Writer/Architect/Craftsman/Etc" and they will answer "well I remember building models with my Dad when I was a kid....."

I love the idea that you included your girls! Wargaming and model making has been a real bonding experience in with me and my boys, and I think that is probably the greatest benefit wargaming hobbies bring. I have only ever played Battletech and Warhammer 40K, but looking at the ibuiltit kits, I started wondering what fantasy or historic game I could play, just to have a reason to buy the kits. Theyr'e really well done!

i think these look great even before you stepped them up a bit. i'd use them right out of the box, but then i'm lazy sometimes lol. also if your kids aren't twins, they sure look alike

I really like the medieval German vibe they've got with a lot of those pieces. Is anyone else thinking of taking a hammer and blow torch to them to create some Mordheim terrain?

These pieces look great but the scale looks to be a smidge off for Warhammer Age of Sigmar or Warhammer 40k. Fantastic however for Warhammer Fantasy Battles and D&D.

Depends on how scale sensitive you are, I think if you're playing aos with entering doors and such it's probably a bit small. For just LOS block and things like that it's quite good :)

They are correct scale for normal humans in AOS but not for Eternals. Since eternals are like seven to nine foot tall

Yes, they're 28mm.

When u use your 3d resin printer do your miniatures come out smooth? Or do u have to smooth them with sandpaper? I just ordered my first 3d printed mini which was kind of pricey but it has a whole bunch of lines on it. Very fine lines but they are noticeable up close. How do I get rid of them or can I just paint on it?

I think I considered buying these a few months back are they made in Russia? Not sure how I feel about plywood buildings I own a few & they're fine but they don't look quite as good as my ceramic or plastic buildings. Is there actual texture on the walls?

yeah its printed lazer texture. Quite cool! It's not made in russia but the engineer behind it is from India :)
